Great location- very close to a lovely beach awesome sunsets, soft sand and with great restaurants and cafes etc . It’s also a short tuk tuk ride into the busier ElNido town area, with the benefit of being quieter in the hotel area and surrounded by leafy views. All the staff were friendly, attentive and efficient at all times. The front desk were great at arranging transport and activities for us and everything went smoothly. The on site restaurant near the clean and pretty pool was attractively furnished and had some lovely dishes. Renald, Anthony and Mitchell were the lovely morning crew and the afternoon team were just as great. I had two massage treatments in the leafy cabana which were really professional and relaxing. My husband and son were very impressed with the quality gym set up in the opposite corner of the tropically landscaped garden area (a new addition, I think). I also enjoyed perusing the little craft shop and am really pleased with the woven handbag I bought to bring home as a souvenir of our wonderful trip. The ground floor room and bathroom we had was spacious and clean with a really comfy bed and pillows. The housekeeping team came daily and were consistently good. We loved the patio area , close to the pool but screened by planting for privacy. Will definitely book here again when we come again and recommend to friends and family.

No complaints at all! Only things we could suggest to make it even better would be softer bedside lighting and more vegetarian and gluten free options, especially at breakfast.

Spacious room, bbig bed, nice pool area. Great idea with the bed on the terrace. Clean. Staff was nice.

Quite loud, no good sound protection from the corridor and road. Breakfast was very poor, only a few choices, not very tasty. Ants in the room.

The hotel was great - it had a great pool to relax by and the rooms were nice and spacious are really clean.

At the end we had 3 seperate bills as we had booked a few different rooms. Unfortunately every one of these bills had extra charges added to it or miscalculations with greater totals than the items combined. When we called this out they initially denied it being wrong, but when we went through it with them and cross referenced, they admitted each one was an 'accident'. This left us with a really bad taste in our mouth and we felt like we were being scammed or treated as cash cows for being westerners. Up until this point we had loved our stay - but this left us feeling really disappointed. I would recommend checking your bill carefully on check out. Other than this issue, the hotel was great.

For staff - they are all friendly and gave what you ask. We arrived earlier before the check-in time and they quickly cleaned the room and made it available for us. Swimming pool was one of my favorite, they always cleaned it early in the morning which I always watched from above - terrace (balcony) since I always wake up early. Bathroom was huge with jacuzzi in it but never used it, shower water pressure was low and sometimes you have to wait to warm up the water but for us it's no problem. We also liked the terrace or balcony which is huge, with lounge or king size bed looking the coconut tree line / swimming pool, also the restaurant was great, pizza and carbonara was great, even taste better compared what we taste in Europe.

What disappointed me was the WIFI connections, they gave us to connections but the during the last days of our stay there's a telephone provider problem - they say in all or surrounding area of El Nido.

This place is beautiful!! The gardens and pool area are very well maintained and always clean. The staff are friendly and thoughtfully decorated our room for our honeymoon. There are cafes and restaurants for food nearby on the street and in POPS district, as well as the Moringa Tree restaurant on site. 5-10min trike ride into El Nido (100 PHP) where there are endless bars and restaurants. We booked a tour through reception and it was seamless :)

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very delicious and freshly cooked for you. Location was quiet but still very close to the main town (only 5 minutes by tricycle and very easy to hail one down in front of the hotel).

The bathroom was quite weathered, the taps and fixtures were all wearing out and wobbly, there was a drainage issue in the shower. The cost of the room was expensive, however this was comparable to other hotels in El Nido at this season.

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful to any questions and concerns we had. The location was perfect as it was accessible to the town and other beaches by foot or tricycle. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was amazing and they also offer massages on site. The pizza at the restaurant was very delicious! You can also organise an airport transfer for a very good price!

Our room wasn't cleaned because of a misunderstanding. However, the staff were quick to rectify the issue and provided us with new towels and a quick spot clean. The room was cleaned properly the next morning, and all was well.

Well located from the city centre, less than 10 minutes by taxi (100php/way). The hotel was super clean, great pool and restaurant area and the rooms were really big and comfortable. The bathroom had their own local products and they were good. We also did a good oil massage. The staff was nice and helped us to book a tour and a van to Puerto Princesa airport.

Overall the food from the restaurant wasn’t the best one. We had some problems with the air-condition in our rooms, however they changed us to a different one. But none of that was a major problem to us.

The staff at Giovanni’s, including Michele, were absolutely phenomenal. They always had a smile on their face, or a song on their lips. That’s more than enough reason for us to come back!

The outdoor massage experience wasn’t great. While the massage itself was fine, there were a few things that left me wanting more. Both my partner and I had massages and the therapists did not change the sheet or pillow between the previous guest and our treatment. It would also be nicer with a proper headrest. In a pinch, a folded towel would do. Without this, it kind of felt like you couldn’t breathe. The location also meant that rather than being relaxing and with nature, you had the sound of other guests at the restaurant and pool. I get what Moringa was trying to achieve, but I believe the site might be a bit small for this kind of setup.

The room was nice and had a lovely balcony with an amazing view. The staff was super nice and the dinner at the restaurant in the hotel was great!

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming for the price you pay per night. The coffee was very weak and there was not a lot of variety to choose from - they offered 3 different kind of cereal, some bread with 2 options of jam and some fresh fruit. On top of that you were allowed to pick one meal from their menu (frittata, pancakes or similar).
