Gorgeous resort in a more private, quiet spot in front of the el nido bay area. Still close to El nido town however will need to use a boat or car from the resort to get into town. Alternatively you can rent a bike from the resort for the day to explore which we find quite easy and affordable. I love how peaceful and beautiful the design of the villas are. All the staff are so friendly and all know your name. Felt like a very exclusive resort where you tend to find more couples at this resort than families or kids. You get a 24 hr butler assigned to you who looks after you your whole stay, anything you need you can just message them and they organise for you. We had Ching and Jude look after us for our 3 nights there. They were both so helpful, friendly and really responsive. If we needed anything it was organised straight away. Our butler delivered a plate of filipino small desserts every night which was such a nice touch. Along with other complimentary items in our stay we got free airport transfers, complimentary 30 min massage, Buffett breakfast every morning, bottle of wine and Fruits. This resort is so comfortable and enjoyable stay for relaxing.
Can't fault anything about this resort its perfect.

I recently had an amazing stay at Lihim Resort with my husband. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, pleasant, attentive, and professional. Their warm welcome set the tone for the entire stay. The attention to detail and internal coordination were impressive. We were greeted upon arrival and after each boat trip with drinks and fresh cloths, which added a special touch to our experience. Our was immaculate and offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape. We stayed around at a Villa with a decent treck up a natural exterior staircase, but worth it for the privacy and views! I highly recommend Lihim Resort to anyone looking to stay in Palawan. It’s also close to el Nido and the perfect location for Island hopping.
No direct access to a beach, but perfect for Island Hopping and incredible views. Definitely worth the location.

The staff were amazing, very eager to help and do everything they could to make your stay memorable. Hanah, our butler, was very attentive and made the stay extra special. The best part about the resort was Henri’s, at the very top of the hill. They should emphasize that you should go up to the sun deck bar for the sunset view, and also that there is a pool guests can use. We only wish we had known about Henri’s earlier. The restaurant itself was also very high quality and reasonably priced for the level of service, view, and food quality.
The stay was great, but if I have to pick a few things that were not perfect I would say, 1. The villa’s infinity pool was full of leaves and bugs, and never cleaned throughout the stay. 2. Maybe a few options to customize the breakfast, although many of the items were very good. 3. It would be nice if the funicular was working. It was 13 flights of stairs (130ft) from the base to our villa, but luckily they provided a car that would take us up. However, it was a hassle to keep asking the butler for a ride.

There are sensational views from the hotel. Gym spa tennis all excellent and staff were fantastic. Speed boat into town great and so was the day trip (but you pay top dollar!) Henris is spectacular at sunset.
The problem is when you charge £650 a night every thing has to be spot on, and it isn’t. At £300 it would be 10/10. Needs some money spent on it to bring it up to 5*+ that price suggests Issue with location too , as you have to have a boat or 4x4 to go anywhere unless you walk along beach , which you can do when tide is out ( but you really wouldn’t want to at night)

The food was very delicious always. The staff is very professional and very polite. I will have to say the best part about my stay and what made me stay an extra night are my two butlers Anne and Jessica. They are the best at what they do, they are amazing and should be given a higher rank or raise. I loved them like crazy and very very professional and caring to my needs. My hats off to them. If anyone wants to go to this resort, request these two girls, absolutely the gems of the resort.
For the price the resort was ok, very small pool and if you have your guest pay expensive price for the resort don’t have them pay expensive price for the activities or they won’t do them.

Everything! Exceptional help from our butler Claudia who made our stay extra special! We spent every evening at Henris watching the sunset. We just could not get enough. We had a villa with pool and enjoyed the privacy and the incredible view from the villa over the bay at all times. We hope to come back!

Breakfast was good but not great. Service and friendliness of staff and their training was first class. The food was too heavy with insufficient light choices or there needed to be greater selection in the light choices such as fruit, yoghurt, cereals, etc. Butler service was attentive and very responsive and super friendly. If anything the WhatsApp communication was a little too much; you kept feeling you had to keep referring to your phone which is not the purpose of a vacation in my book. The outdoor bar at Henri's was superb as was the spa treatment at Panari Spa
The resort looks a little old and tired in some parts and appears in need of maintenance. Also, the view from Gana at high tide was great but not so at low tide. Hard to know what to suggest to fix this but it does spoil the vibe a little. Whilst the villa was great, the need to keep going outside to access the refrigerator was weird and a minor hassle

The location was perfect. The view, private pool, and staff were highlights of the trip. That plus the privacy. We rarely saw other guests if we didn’t want to.
In spite of them asking at the beginning and we telling them when ordering food, they gave us things with nuts (which my wife is allergic to) TWICE. The first time we caught it on time, they apologized, replaced the dish, and gave us free drinks. The second time we didn’t catch it in time and my wife had a reaction which ruined our last night there. They insisted the cheesecake didn’t have any nuts, but there must have been some nuts in the base of the cheesecake. The staff was very apologetic and did their best. I blame the chef for not knowing what allergens are in the food they make. If my wife’s allergies were worse, that could’ve killed her. For a place this expensive I expected MUCH better.

The hotel is located in the main island of El Nido so it was possible to go to El Nido town during the day or evening. The room was very nice, very spacious and the bathroom with a natural exterior shower was lovely. The butler service is very good. They catered to all our requests even before arriving at the hotel. The staff was also very responsive to all communication before and during our stay. The spa was very good as well. My partner had a very bad sunburn and after 1 treatment at the spa, his sun blisters were all gone! View of the sunset at Henri's bar was stunning!!
I would say that the value for money in this hotel is not the best. The spread for the breakfast buffet is a little bit thin compared to other 5* hotels in the Philippines. You also have to pay for extra activities exclusive to the hotel and the costs a lot more expensive than other providers from outside the hotel , .e.g going to their exclusive lounges, island tours...For the price we have paid, I would've also expected more amenities to be offered to the guests, such as shuttle transfers (shuttle transfers to El Nido town is an added cost each time). We also had a water shortage on our last day and had to take a shower and use the bathroom of the spa located at the ground floor which was a bit of a hassle.

Our villa, Duli, top notch quality. The staff especially Neil and Eunice our butlers, Ray, Nicky, Angelo, and Jovelyn from food service treated us very well. The security guard on the night we wanted to go to the town, he walked us out to the road where there are lights with his flash light. I forgot to get his name. The spa, Pamela and Erika for making our therapy so special. Our island hopping tour guide, Rio, making the whole experience memorable and wonderful.
The stairs and a lot of bugs although we understand we’re kind of the middle of a jungle
