Great stay. We were here for two nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 8am, stored our luggage and were able to join a 9 am tour. You can sit, relax and enjoy the amazing view from the balcony or the cafe next door. The boat tours were canceled due to weather and Netflix in the room is a great bonus. Many restaurants and laundromats nearby to explore.

What I really like the most is the prime location! It’s close to all restaurant and bar in town square! We really enjoyed our time here. The only thing needs improvement was the AC wasn’t cooling enough. But management really went above and beyond and reassigned us to different unit at no cost! The front and cafe staff are AMAZING! We felt very special and always available whenever we need anything!

Rosanna Pension Management - Honestly everything was good until we encountered this guy who apparently the supervisor in evening! He is RUDE AND THINKS HE ABOVE THAN EVERYONE! He needs to learn how to provide a good customer service! It’s SAD how he is supervisor doesn’t know how to treat customer with respect! Other than that the REST of the staff are incredibly amazing and we loved them felt they are part of our family!

Great location right on the beach with stunning views. Far enough away from the noise of the main town that we didn’t hear it at night. Comfy beds & hot showers. Breakfast at Hama downstairs was always great & quickly served. Staff were attentive & very helpful with organising our van ride to Port Barton (even had direct pick up from the hotel instead of having to walk to the depot). Would absolutely recommend this hotel for a family.

Not really a criticism, but worth mentioning that the family room is only a single room with 2 beds & extra mattresses, rather than 2 rooms. It was a little hard to tell from the photos on the website but it actually didn’t bother us as the mattresses could be packed up easily at the end of each morning so we had more space in the room.

Room was perfect - small and cozy but a beautiful view and amazing location. Staff was very friendly and helpful (when having wifi issues and after the power went out due to some storms) - they also helped me book a tuktuk to the airport and were always kind and communicative. 10/10 would stay here again.

I stayed in the last room (12) at the end of the hall and the wifi had a hard time reaching my room. If I needed wifi for work, I would not have been able to use it. Highly recommend they upgrade the wifi or get a mesh network that will allow all rooms full access to the wifi with no connectivity issues.

If you’re thinking of staying here, definitely upgrade to the sea view room, it’s so worth it. Waking up to the changing moods of the beach and dramatic limestone cliffs right in front of your window feels like something out of a dream. 🌥☀️🌴 The location is perfect, right in the heart of El Nido town and just steps away from everything, including Hama and Hama Coffee (literally next door, which was super convenient). The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Simple but cozy, and honestly, you’re here for that view. Don’t skip it! Rosanna’s sea view is pure El Nido magic.

When we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and helped us with our big bags since our room is on the 3rd floor. We booked the family suite. They gave us a single bed and a queen bed + 2 extra beds. Towels and amenities such as toothbrush, toilet rolls and towels were provided. You can ask them to clean your room and they will change towels and even the linens for you. So the next day we asked them not to change the linens because it wasnt necessary. The beach and mountain view from our room is so nice. The hotel is attached to Hama Coffee (which is a very famous instagrammable spot in El Nido). You can also reach the beach front by passing through the coffee shop. The location is good as well and it is just walking distance from a lot of restaurants, laundry shops, souvenir shops and public transportations is just readily available few meters away from the hotel. Our stay was also memorable because of the staff of the Rosanna Pension and Hama coffee too. They try to understand the situation and try to help as much as they can.

I think the best thing about this accommodation was the staff, they treated us like family. The location is perfect, we were basically in the middle of all the important places like restaurants, stores and tourist agencies. Everything was close by walking. The staff was very helpful recommending activities in El Nido. The room had an amazing view. The AC was quiet and powerful, it looked like a new model. My recommendation for new arivals is do not take the tricycles for restaurants or food, just go out and walk and youll find everything you need.

They have a big ant problem, sadly we couldn't have food in the room because no matter where you put it the ants would get there. That bothered us greatly because we had to use more money in restaurants instead of having the option to save some food in the room. This can be easily fixed by adding fridges to the rooms and of course would let the guest have cold water and preserve food for later times.

The location is right on the beachfront in El Nido, with stunning views of Bacuit Bay. It’s also steps away from the Town square Heritage District for much needed food, drinks, and some shopping. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfy. There is a back-up generator in case of power cut. The staff were—always ready to help with tours, transport, or just a friendly chat. It’s a plus that one of the most visited cafe Hama was just situated right beside the reception desk at the ground floor of the property.

The ants were the only thing we had problems with.

The staff in the reception were very nice, polite, and helpful; they helped us arrange the tricycles and gave us useful information for our trip. The location was great at walking distance to the restaurants, shops, and boat trip departure. The room was clean, with aircon, and the sea view from the balcony was amazing.

During the night you could hear many dogs barking and some people stayed late in the beach and other pension rooms being very noisy until early morning, which bothered our sleep, otherwise it would have been quiet as you don't hear any cars.

Everything was amazing but especially the view from our balcony overlooking the beach (where you can swim and lounge also). The staff were so helpful with bookings ans questions. we absolutely loved the cafe next door - we ordered iced coffees every morning and drank them on our balcony. The room is big enough for 2 people and 2 big bags, the ac and fan work well, the bathroom is decently sized with good shower pressure.

The bathroom could do with a fan, and it did smell of drains a bit (as per other comments on staying on the ground floor) but these always went after they cleaned the room. And anyway we didn’t come for the bathroom.
