Great stay. We were here for two nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 8am, stored our luggage and were able to join a 9 am tour. You can sit, relax and enjoy the amazing view from the balcony or the cafe next door. The boat tours were canceled due to weather and Netflix in the room is a great bonus. Many restaurants and laundromats nearby to explore.

I think the best thing about this accommodation was the staff, they treated us like family. The location is perfect, we were basically in the middle of all the important places like restaurants, stores and tourist agencies. Everything was close by walking. The staff was very helpful recommending activities in El Nido. The room had an amazing view. The AC was quiet and powerful, it looked like a new model. My recommendation for new arivals is do not take the tricycles for restaurants or food, just go out and walk and youll find everything you need.

They have a big ant problem, sadly we couldn't have food in the room because no matter where you put it the ants would get there. That bothered us greatly because we had to use more money in restaurants instead of having the option to save some food in the room. This can be easily fixed by adding fridges to the rooms and of course would let the guest have cold water and preserve food for later times.

Everything was amazing but especially the view from our balcony overlooking the beach (where you can swim and lounge also). The staff were so helpful with bookings ans questions. we absolutely loved the cafe next door - we ordered iced coffees every morning and drank them on our balcony. The room is big enough for 2 people and 2 big bags, the ac and fan work well, the bathroom is decently sized with good shower pressure.

The bathroom could do with a fan, and it did smell of drains a bit (as per other comments on staying on the ground floor) but these always went after they cleaned the room. And anyway we didn’t come for the bathroom.

From the moment we arrived, the staff helped us with our baggages and since we paid ahead of time, we checked in smoothly because the room was already ready. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom with complimentary toiletries and towel. Even when we request for room service, they keep everything spotless and even changed our bedsheet, and placed our new flower-shaped towels on the bed. When we open the curtain, you can see this astonishing view of the beach, and we were in awe. You can hear the peaceful sound of the beach. This hotel also caters all services you need such as tours, motorbike rental, van service, spa and a lot more. Of course, the location makes it more perfect. It’s beside the hama coffee where you can enjoy your breakfast with a view, and you’re in the middle of town so you get to walk to the most popular spots in el nido. The staff are really friendly. The balcony room we stay, the balcony is not a private balcony, anybody can come in from the door at the corridor. They give standing fan, can help to cool down the room.

Must understand elnido is not a big town, and it is kinda old there are very limited resources and hotels in the town. This one is not providing the best amenities and the renovation could have a bit of set back, using pvc tiles and all, the floor feels sticky all the time. But compared to other hotel by the beach, this one could be one of best.

The view from the room was more than amazing! The room itself was simple, but the bedding was clean, which in my opinion is the most important thing. Staff was also very kind. The hotel is located at more quiet part of the beach, which we were very happy about. AC was working very good. We did not have any problems with water in the shower.

The first night we had given towels with stains on them, but the staff changed them the next day. We had one cockroach in the bathroom, but to be honest, they are everywhere in the Philippines (also on the streets). A refrigerator in the room would be nice. Keep in mind that El Nido beach is not for swimming and sunbathing purposes, so don't expect laying on the beach near the hotel, this is not happening there.

location is very convenient because it is situated walks away from the docking area of island hopping tours. lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus amazing view. Be sure to book the rooms with beach view. Amazing!

Rooms are not regularly cleaned. So if you plan to stay for longer than 2 days, try asking staff to empty garbage and ask also for dustpan and broom so you can at least sweep the sand particles scattered on the floor. I also dont like that the airconditioning are not properly working. We stayed on 3 different rooms bec.I had 3 separate bookings. All ACs are poorly working. Good thing that there is a fan on every room so that helped. Also, there are power outages almost everyday. The property has genset but not enough to power AC. Not the property’s faulth though because it happens on the entire island of el nido. Just manage your expectations. If you’re not booking the room with beach view, you may want to consider other properties.

Amazing beachfront views at a reasonable price! Room was comfortable and A/C worked well. Location was right in the heart of El Nido town, but far enough from the main drag that it was quiet at night. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations and assistance booking tours, rentals, and airport tricycles. The coffee shop next store was really nice and provided free cold filtered water for guests. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wifi did not always work well in the room. However, I never had issues with it in the lobby/coffee shop. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are not provided for guests, only bar soap. There is no refrigerator in the room.

Location was excellent. Everything you need is only a couple minutes walk away—restaurants, ATMs, bars, night market for souvenirs, and if you've booked island hopping tours, the meet-up locations are usually just close by. We booked the beachfront room on the first floor and it was just so nice waking up to the view of the El Nido beach. You can also hear the sound of the waves at night but it's not noisy even with people passing by along the beach. Staff are also friendly and accommodated all our requests (additional towels, blankets, etc.)

First of all. Great staff. Booking.com couldn’t help with my inquiries and had to reach out to them directly. My rooms were non refundable but I had to change schedules due to some circumstances , they didn’t hesitate and were able to assist without a fee. The staff are all kind and accommodating. Great location yet peaceful and away from the crowd. Just a couple walk away from shops, food and ferry terminal. They have their own coffee shop too so you didn’t have to go out to grab coffee and breakfast. I love my breakfast with sea view. Ofcourse, it’s a pension house so don’t expect a 5 star hotel experience. Rooms were clean though and my room’s sea view ,is the star of the show. All in all i will come back and stay here again.

The shower pressure could do a little improvement. Not a big deal tho coz they have 2 shower heads.
