Location is great, owner is very helpful and accommodating

Had an amazing stay at this hotel with my family! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location couldn't be better - having the beach right at our doorstep was great. Also good coffee place next to the hotel. The staff was wonderful. The balcony was big, facing the green yard, nice for breakfast or just some rest. You can see the construction, but it's not ongoing. The room was spacious with many storages, which was unusual for Asia :D The hotel helped us with car rental and with the tours. The tour prices are the same everywhere.

Cleaning just once in a few days, but if you ask for it, it's no problem. Also, you get clean towels anytime you need them.

Location is excellent, right at the center of the city where every other location is just walking distance (beach, restaurants and bars, travel agencies, everything!), but just at the outskirt to be chill, peaceful and quiet. Staff are very helpful, and rooms are clean.

Cons: Yes, the reviews are correct and the internet in this inn is a middling 5. There is no problem when you use it outside your room (in the hallway or balcony, for example), but once in your room it's barely usable. Improvement (minor): The property should consider installing a shower curtain (even just a portable one) so water doesn't spill outside the shower area.

Great location, situated in main street but far away enough that it's not too noisy. Lovely coffee across the road. Big room with a lovely view of the sea, we were lucky to have a room on the 3rd floor. Loved the provision of water coolers so no need to keep buying plastic bottles. Can book tours with hotel for same price as in town. Really affordable for the location, would recommend 😀

The aircon was shut off from around 7am to 8pm which meant the room was very hot when you woke up and made it hard for afternoon naps. Also staff were noisy early in the morning so I woke up at 6am from the noise. Ventilation in the bathroom wasn't great, so could get smelly.

This accommodation is conveniently located across the street from the beach and within walking distance from the lively area of this village. I found this accommodation to be kept spotlessly clean and tidy. The free WiFi provided has a secured connection of a decent signal strength. A big plus is the helpful staff that gladly assists in for instance hiring a scooter, the transport to or from the airport as well as boat excursions.

Only some minor annoyances; the rooms are very small and come with a small balcony facing the village and partially the sea, the airconditioning was quite loud, the toilet barely flushed and there was an open wall socket in the bathroom. The beach in the village of El Nido is nothing to get enthusiastic about since there are nicer beaches nearby.

Clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of storage space. Air con and fan worked great and kept us cool. Bathroom was a good size and the shower was always hot which in our experience is unusual for the Philippines so that was a nice surprise. The staff were all really friendly and it was very simple to book boat tours through them (the tour was fantastic too). Little seating area outside was nice and there was a washing line which was so useful. Free drinking water in reception too.

A kettle and mugs would be great. AC was a little loud but didn't bother us.

It’s very accessible , very quiet yet close to the nightlife area, only 2-3 mins walk. Lots of restaurants in the area . Near the beach. The Ate in the fromnt desk is very friendly and motherly. I forgot to ask for her name , but she has a wavy/curly hair. They clean the room when you ask and changes the towel as well. Our family had a great stay here, so affordable! We arranged everything from them , from Van transfers, tours, motor rental. The best!

the place is super clean, in the centre-5 min walking from everywhere. the room is quite spacious and it has a balcony (no view) but nice. i could open the window at night aa they had screens, so no need for the aircon. also, there is a ceiling fan which is silent and efficient. I would absolutely stay here again. also booked all my tours with them.

The location was excellent - 2 mins of walking will get you to one of the most beautiful beaches out there. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, everything felt safe and clean. They also helped us book very nice tours and provided scooters for rent.

The water pressure was pretty bad and it initially said that there would be a breakfast option but that was not the case. The staff provided great restaurant recommendations though.

The staff were extremely accommodating and the location was absolutely perfect. Thanks so much for your hospitality you guys were amazing and for the cost..... Definitely 5 stars

My ONLY negative is there was no fridge available in any of our rooms (we booked 4) or even a communal on our balcony (this was shared amongst the other rooms on our level). If they were to in future include a small fridge for the guests this would be A MASSIVE investment for this hotel.
