Location was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful.

The pool was a let down, away from bar area, the photos online are very deceiving. Shower water only is only lukewarm warm which was fine because we went in May.

it was central to the small town, and only a short walk to all amenities, and staff couldn’t have been better

Wi-Fi very poor, come on guys, this is essential, pool was small, and no view from the rooms, although advertised very close to a beach, it is not a beach you would want to go and sit on, it is where all the boats leave from, misleading marketing if they want to retain customers this needs to be more honest. staff made up for the less than perfect services…

The place is conveniently located within El Nido Town Proper, giving you easy access to everything El Nido has to offer. The staff are incredibly polite and always greet us with a warm smile. The place is spotless, and the view from their rooftop — whether you're enjoying breakfast or relaxing by the pool — is absolutely breathtaking.

We requested rooms that were close to each other, but one of the rooms assigned to us ended up being on a different floor. We also noticed a few mosquitoes inside the hotel. Other than that, everything else was great and we had a pleasant stay.

We appreciate the staff there especially FJ, Faye, Jade, Arman, Rickyboy, and to those chefs (including the chef who makes us omelette) and lady servers in the buffet balcony plus the room service cleaners and other staff. They are very accommodating and friendly. We appreciate the nearness of the hotel to all amenities, and there is a sumptuous meal every breakfast. The pool is nice even if we only swam once, the room is clean and they provide free water everytime plus new linens, towels, and toiletries. Hallway us clean and air conditioned. They also provided bath towels everytime we swim and go to the beach. Overall, I’ll definitely rebook a stay there soon if we come back in El Nido.

We just don’t appreciate much the television since it is not updated for shows like Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. The internet too is a little bit slow during our stay (rainy weather) in the lower rooms but in upstairs, it works well. Elevator is a little bit slow too but not that much since we understand that it is one only.

this hotel was perfect. it the exact right location - close to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. room was so comfortable with great air con, huge bed, decent bathroom, really lovely staff, pool is amazing, view from the rooftop is spectacular.

ONLY thing we will say was that there is no wifi here really. it completely doesn’t work so if you’re travelling without data that makes things quite tricky. there’s also no hot water but I mean it’s so hot in el nido you seriously don’t need a hot shower! yes it’s a little expensive too but it was a great stay!

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was very nice. Our bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big enough as well. The roof top has a wonderful view The staff was always helpful and very kind The hotel manager was very attentive to our needs, helped us a lot, and made sure we felt comfortable The hotel is located in - what we considered- the best area in town. Close to everything, restaurants, bars, stores, the pier, the beach, tour and excursion agencies, and marts Yes, we would stay there again Thank you, June!

There was nothing we didnt like really. However, as in any place or business, there are things that can be improved: for example wifi connectivity

We recently stayed at Cuna Hotel El Nido for two nights and found the location to be one of its best features. It’s just a few steps from El Nido beach and within walking distance to various restaurants and shops, making it convenient for exploring the area. The hotel’s rooftop and swimming pool offered an incredible spot to catch the sunset, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast had a good selection of options, which was a nice way to start our day.

However, our experience was marred by a few issues. On our very first day, there was a water leak by the window that caused our room to flood. Unfortunately, the phone in the room wasn’t working, so we had to step outside to get help from the staff. Their response time was quite poor, and we left with water on our floor as we have made plans for that day. Furthermore, we requested a flat iron during our stay, but it was only provided on the last day. It felt as though the hotel was understaffed, which impacted the service and responsiveness to guest needs.

Having breakfast with a breathtaking view was the best. Location was perfect and right in the center of the hot spots. Even though it's surrounded by restaurants, souvenir shop, bars, and all the fun night hubs it's very quiet in the rooms. We booked 2 rooms. 1 was a triple room and 1 was a double. The room sizes were big and beds were very comfortable. The staff were very polite and speak English very well. The food in Skydeck was super delicious and portions are large. The Halo Halo was the best and a must try. There's a bank machine in the lobby that's very convenient if you need Philippine pesos. Overall we were very pleased and will come back. Wifi was not working at times. There was no elevator on the annex building.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, close to main attractions and easy to reach. One downside was the noise from the hallway – the soundproofing could be better. Other than that, everything was fine and I would consider coming back.

Unfortunately, my stay was not very restful. Starting around 2 AM, roosters nearby began crowing non-stop throughout the night. But If you’re a fan of roosters, this might be the perfect place for you!😁

Staff were fabulous, and really helpful and booked taxis and trips Rooms were spacious and clean - we had a twin room but we're able to push the beds together to make it like a double Location was really good just off main street and close to everything going on in the area, and great retreat after a busy day.

We didn't have breakfast included so not a problem for us but we did have breakfast there one day, as lots of the reviews say it's not much more than ok, and for 500 pesos expensive for what it is there is much better options at much better prices close to the hotel
