Loved that the location is in the center of El Nido town. Just a few steps away from the port where the tours are arranged, so it was an advantage since we have seniors with us. It's also near the municipal hall. The rooms were great. very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was also good. I would highly recommend this place and would even opt to stay here if I get the chance to go back to El Nido.

The breakfast was yummy but would be better if served hot. We didn't enjoy the coffee that came with the breakfast because of a certain smell on the mugs that they use for breakfast. But other than that everything was great.

It was close to a lot of nice restaurants and bars! And the boat tour left to go island hopping was only a few minutes away. Furthermore, the service was excellent! We could store our luggage while we were on the boat tour and we could check in earlier since there was no one in the room before us! That was really nice and convenient for us

Because it’s in the city center and you’re close to all kind of bars and restaurants it’s hard to catch a good night sleep because the music is very loud till 4-5 in the morning. So if you want a good night rest, it’s best to take an accommodation outside the El Nido town

The place was in perfect location. I like the interior design. It was also very clean. The staff were amazing, especially the manager, Ms. Pritzie. They were so warm and welcoming and attended to all our needs with smile all the time.

There’s a noisy karaoke bar close to the hotel and we could hear them till late.

Central to everything and the staff were lovely, happy to assist with any queries. Cute little place off the street but step out in 2 seconds and you are amongst the chaos of town and close to shops, eateries, and the beachfront.

It was quite warm in the loft despite having the aircon on. Also fairly noisy- I was glad I had ear plugs. This won’t bother everyone but if you are looking for a quiet spot, this isn’t it.

Great location, right in the heart of El Nido. Super welcoming and helpful staff. Bed was very large and comfortable. Breakfast food was good and served right outside your doorstep, and at the time you requested it.

We had no bathtub as shown in the pictures, which was disappointing. The room was very humid, even tho there were 2 dehumidifiers in the room. The bed sheets kept coming off the bed, which was not great. Didn't look like they fitted the bed properly.

SANSE Boutique Hotel is a really nice place to stay! It is located in the center of the small city and it is very near to all places of interest. The staff is super friendly and kind - they help us to book tours, transfers, etc. The rooms are clean, cozy and spacious. There are plenty of options for breakfast and you can choose the exact time when to be served. We would love to stay there again!

The area could be quite noisy because of the nightlife, especially at the weekends, but it is like this in the whole city. But most of the days are relatively peaceful.

The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was super nice and accommodating and breakfast was good. They even accommodated to us by providing breakfast to go since we had to leave at 5am. We slept well. Did not hear any noises from the town. The decoration was very thoughtful.

We stayed in a loft room and there were loud noises on the roof whenever a calamansi fell from the tree above. Once we realized what it was it wasn't as annoying.

Absolutely loved our stay at Sanse. We were there for a week with them and picked inclusive breakfast. Definitely one of our favourite things - breakfast every morning to our room. I think we tried everything on the breakfast menu and none disappointed. The staff were always helpful, they booked shared van from PPS, scooter hire, tours, washing service. And the location was superb, one street away from El Nido Beach. We did a lot of night time walks around El Nido, bar hopping, shopping and trying different restaurants. Thank you Sanse! Hope to come back again in the future.

Very minor dislike was the low shower pressure.

Our stay here was excellent and I highly recommend it! The rooms are exactly as pictured and very clean and comfortable. The wifi was very strong and the AC unit was absolutely fabulous. The hotel is centrally located to the island hopping tours, restaurants, bars as everything is at a walking distance. I really appreciate Fritz and her team for ensuring our comfortable stay. Ate Fritz, the hotel manager goes out of her way to help us in anyway she can; she helped me buy ferry tickets to Coron which she didn’t have to but happily obliged. She always has a welcoming smile. She gives off the big sister vibes making sure we knew where we’re going. I later transferred to a much more expensive hotel to be closer to the beach and quickly realized how far better Sanse was.

Fantastic, friendly, and accommodating staff. Every worker we encountered was so welcoming, everyone was so kind, it made you feel at home. The attention to guests and their needs was simply outstanding. Room was very clean, quiet, had a very comfortable bed, quiet AC and good wifi. Their daily breakfast may have had a limited selection, but we looked forward to it each day & it was delivered directly to our room, all the choices we had were very tasty and satisfying. I would highly recommend staying here to my family & friends if they were to visit El Nido. Just a friendly note, rooms are situated at floor level and upper level, please be aware there is only stair access to the upper level rooms, please take this into consideration when booking if you have mobility problems.

We liked our accommodation very much, so would not say didn't like, but rather say an opportunity. Water pressure in bidet was low, increased pressure would be ideal. If you like your tv shows and movies, please bring along your e.g. Netflix to watch on your personal device as there is no TV in the apartment.
