location is superb, wifi working well, room is clean, aircond is strong, water pressure is good. Read some complain about noise from street, which I found it is very bearable, almost none, even though my room was facing street too. If you are light sleeper, just bring along a pair of ear plugs.

Breakfast is ala carte and prepare upon order. So, it took very long time to prepare. Typical waiting time is 15-30mins. They should allow guests to pre-order a night before, to save time.

The room was really spacious and clean. The location was good, within the main El Nido town. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice.

The aircon seemed quite old, was very loud and took a while to get cold. Also as our room was facing the main Street, it did get really loud in the morning with traffic.

in the centre of everything, tour meet up point, resturants, spa, the most famous bakery is just on the opposite. service is good, a guy help us bring the lagguage to our room; even the reception said to be closed at mid night, they are still there after 1200am and would not decline my request; they can keep room key when u r on the boat trip, so lovely; even the housekeeping service should be in the morning to 3pm, we tag the "cleaning" on the door when we are out after 3pm, the room was clean, super lovely!

no hair dryer in room, but you can get one from the reception. when i took the shower before bed (after mid-night), im so afraid the reception was closed.

Personnel at reception were adorable, always with a smile even though they work long shifts. Tip them, they deserve it. Also other personnel like at the restaurant or even the cleaning crew, always with a smile. Philippines people are really the kindest on this planet. Breakfast was fantastic. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfy. Top location to catch the tours or walk around the center (all within walking distance). Not far from Corong Corong, Las Cabañas or Lio beach, all reachable with a trycicle. Also within walking distance to the ferry terminal.

Airco loud like almost everywhere in the Philippines, and street noise. But with earplugs you can easily sleep

The hotel itself is well-located, right in the heart of El Nido, close to cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance. The beach from which boats depart for island hopping is about 200 meters away from the hotel, and there is a travel agency next to the hotel where you can arrange island hopping. The hotel service is excellent, very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the room also deserves special mention.

As for breakfasts, we expected something more. The hotel has a menu card with several breakfast options to choose from (Continental, Filipino, etc.), so there is a choice. However, the portion sizes leave much to be desired. We personally did not feel full. A big downside throughout the Philippines is hotel coffee, which is unacceptable for coffee lovers. Unfortunately, the coffee was not from an espresso machine.

Location, close to everything - the beach, restaurants, island hopping embarkation. It has water refill stations, which is eco-friendly.

Since it's located in town, the noise can be an issue for light sleepers. You can hear the traffic noise and noise from stores and restaurants. The windows in the room we stayed were not sealed, which let's the cool air out and the noise in. I don't know if this is known to the owner of the hotel.

Location is amazing - right in the centre of it all and metres from the beachfront! Loved the view of the cliff also. Breakfast offering also very good, we had something different every morning of our stay and didn’t disappoint.

The noise wasn’t an issue for us but if you want a central location you will have to deal with the traffic on the road late at night and early morning. Air con is also quite noisy, but this is something we are personally used to. The bed was very uncomfortable for us, thin mattress and bed frame that is too short for the taller person!

Location is the highlight, very centrally located. If you plan to take one of the island tour, the boat pickup location is few meters away. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants down there. Rooms are spacious and bathroom is clean. Hotel staffs can arrange island tours and transfers.

Windows must have been soundproof. If you're a light sleeper like myself then you may struggle to get quality sleep. You'll hear loud noise from the street till late night which starts from early in the morning

The location. Near the island hopping tours. But can be a bit noisy. Due to restaurants, bars and night clubs nearby. The staff were friendly. The free morning breakfast was excellent with different choices. They also have a restaurant on the 4th floor that has excellent dinner meals. We got a 4th floor room. It has a balcony. And there are free water stations on every floor.

No elevator. If you are given the 4th floor it’s a walk up. If you have big luggages ask one of the porters to help. Also, it does take awhile for the aircon to get going.

The location is at the heart of town center which is conveniently close to many amenities. The Island hopping tours are also available at the reception. Our room is has a strong wifi and it’s on the 3rd floor facing the mountain side. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. We’re able to check in our luggage prior to check in time which helped us check out the surrounding area without dragging our luggage. I love their affectionate and contagious smile. 😊Great stay overall.

Possibly a small bedside table lamp that doesn’t have a bright white LED bulb. Just a minor issue.
