Operated by a local family. Simple accomodation. AC and WiFi worked well in the room. Great location in a side street but a couple of minutes walk from the centre and the boat departures

Shower is not great.

You get what you pay for, no frills. Nice staff, cute kid. Faith was super responsive and helpful through the messaging system, and helped booked our Island Hopping tours through (which they also run), and it was a good deal! Location was great for getting to and from the beach (for hopping tours), and a quick walk away from the main street(s) for food and whatnot. However, be aware of chickens waking you up! (on the bright side, you'll be ready for the day early)

We assumed there was no clean-up unless asked, and we hadn't planned on asking for tidying as we had a lot of luggage and stuff strewn around the room from daily hopping tours, but we continuously would come back to the lights turned on (we turned everything off when leaving). But it definitely wasn't tidied, the light would just be on? Some clarity on what went on would have been nice. Also, be aware of what prices are before asking for suggestions or help. It seemed like we were getting good prices for the tours and she tried to be helpful, so we began to ask rely on her for information, such as purchasing ferry tickets to Coron but it's definitely cheaper to do it yourself. Ie. was quoted 3,600php per person for ferry tickets to Coron, but found out it's actually 2,900php per person. On the way to do our laundry, a staff followed us and offered to do it for 100 per kilo, but we had already seen a place nearby that did it for 90 per kilo .. etc.

Relucio Inn is located in the middle of town, a short walking distance from most you could want to find; laundry places, ATM's/banks, restaurants, bakeries, etc. It was also easy to find tricycles in the area should you want to explore outside of town. The staff was very accommodating (I asked for extra blankets and got two), and the breakfast was nice. The AC-works well, and the inn provides you with a dental kit as well as hand soap, shower soap, and shampoo. They provide a cleaning service for the room after 2-3 days, and free wifi which was nice. The room mostly had two-prong outlets (no grounding), so for three prong adapters, consider using the outlet that the AC uses.

I booked a room with two single beds, and got a room with one double. The shower was a bit moldy (wall, ceiling), and the wall-mounted showerhead arm/holder was broken and essentially unusable. Though there was free wifi, it didn't fully reach into the room, so we'd have to sit in the lobby outside to properly connect. Shower drains really slowly, but not necessarily a problem. Windows pointed right into someone's backyard, so we rarely opened the curtains. They are also not sound-proof, so prepare to hear some karaoke at night. It's fun listening to the bustling night life though, and most noise ends at around 9-10pm if I recall.

The location is quiet but super close walking distance to the beach, the harbour and the main street!

The bathroom smelled really bad our entire stay! The fan on the ceiling was not working.

Really great location right near the town center. Air con works well and the beds were comfy.

The shower pressure was very poor and I had to resort to showering at a gym nearby. Also it was very loud in the early mornings with staff chatting / shouting which woke us up.

There was no running water for three days (toilet, shower sink). When I asked for it to be fixed I was told there was a drought even though the water in the hostels and restaurants worked fine. I asked if I could have a night for free to make up for this and was initially told yes only for them to cha ge their mind at night and then they tried to charge me for late checkout. Very basic accommodation for the price paid. I would not stay again.

We liked the location

The staff were unhelpful as we didn’t have a running shower in 3 different rooms that we had to change to due to us complaining about washing out of buckets, the water was the colour of human urine assuming that it could possibly be human urine due to the association actually bringing in water from a separate source as they were not linked to the el Nido sewerage system the air con in one of the rooms was broken leaking into the walls and down the walls then damaging my partners valuables majority of the time we were disturbed or made to an inconvenience by either the noisy street or the staff telling us about the water not working that evening or the Wi-Fi etc there was never a night we felt the that we will go back to our room and feel as if we were going to have an easy evening due to this association they made the first week of our stay in el Nido stressful something you don’t want when on holiday we also asked for a refund where the owner only refunded us 25% of our stay and made me sign a fake contract she has written on a notepad whilst also forcing me to give her a photo of my passport or she will not give us our refund when I asked for a photo of her id and signature I was met with refusal and a sort of uneasy atmosphere where she started speaking to her employee in their native language and sending him somewhere making me and my partner uneasy as this is not our native country we are only tourists I do not recommend this place and will beg people to completely avoid

the location and that’s literally it. The man at the reception was lovely but the place was filthy I slept fully clothes as I didn’t want a part of my body to touch the bed 😩😂

so dirty and very noisy with people outside the room at 6am washing motorbikes and having full blown conversations at full volume

Room was dirty and had asthma attacks caused by the dusty bed and fans.
