The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to check out early since we'll be leaving for PPS after our island tour. She offered to let us leave our luggage and even let us use their bathroom after the tour (which ended way beyond the check-out time). The room was also clean and comfortable enough for me and my aunt.

I booked a quadruple room for myself so it was great. Had my own bathroom. Everything was clean. Breakfast on the terrace with cliffs view was very nice. AC was nice, i could set the temperature.

Water to refill my bottle was only available once, second time they told me it finished. The aircon leads to the corridor and the doors are quite thin, therefore i could hear the noise of all the fans and also of the people on the corridor.

I booked my stayed last minute and I didn’t expect much. But it was really good! The room was small, but very tidy and clean. It has a little table to leave your stuff and a little section to hang some clothes. Handy little light attached to the wall next to the bed. Bathroom was super clean too, and the shower has a dispenser with soap and shampoo. Towels and sheets were clean. They serve breakfast on the rooftop, good for my liking, as I don’t eat much (watermelon, toasts, eggs and tea/coffee/hot chocolate). The location is perfect, in the middle of El Nido town, but far enough from the pubs/night clubs, so there is not loud music or traffic noises annoying you while sleeping. The staff is kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend!

The property was located in the main town of El Nido, making it accessible to everything such as restaurants, shops, transportation, and within walking distance from the main beach where hopping tours meet up. The area is crowded with tourists. As for the hotel room, it is clean, smells great, and you can enjoy your breakfast on the rooftop with a fantastic view. Lastly, the staff were very welcoming, which is crucial to ensure your entire stay is satisfying. It's a great place on a budget, and we definitely recommend it.

The receptionist is very nice and welcoming, the room is not too big but was big enough for me and my bf plus 2 10kg luggages and 2 backpacks. The room and the bathroom were very clean and thank god they had a cooling fan. Breakfast was included in our price and is very nice and filling as usual have 3 choices of breakfast and every day they ask you what u would like for the next day + tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Location is optimal

The loveliest receptionist! The staff were very very compassionate when I asked for early check-in when my partner was unwell with food poisoning. They ensured to clean our room first so it would be ready early & messaged me to confirm it was ready. They showed a lot of empathy and were very kind! Good wifi connection!

There were SO many ants in our room. More than I’ve ever seen in any room we’ve stayed in Asia. We did not eat or drink anything in the room to attract these, but they were everywhere. Offering ant spray in each room would be appreciated.

Perfect place to stay, hostess wonderful, everything was settled. We arrived earlier and they allowed us to use showers before checking. Staff noticed we were tired and they hurried up with preparing the room, so we could used chilled room. Breakfast was great and we ate it on rooftop:) Location is in city center. We could always refill the cold water.

Water pressure was not so strong, but regarding circumstances it’s acceptable. Actually no issue to report

The property is located at the center of the town of El nido. I like that it’s very near and accessible to everything we need and needed to do like booking of island hopping, we get to choose a nearby restaurants and a lot of convenience stores.

probably the property can improve a lot a more in terms of their facilities. The rooftop for example it can be more aethetic as it gives you an amazing view of the town of el nido plus a windy effect to help you relax. I know sooner or later when we get back all things will change and I hope to get to see the improvements once again of the property. But in overall our stay was great and amazing 💕

Great location for El Nido beach. Staff were so friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and the bathroom is really modern with great shower (much better than others we’ve had in Philippines). Air conditioning works well and isn’t loud. Breakfast was excellent we tried both the pancakes and Filipino breakfast and both were really good. Amazing value for money for El Nido!

I was a bit concerned about my stay after reading some of the previous reviews, but I actually had no issues at all and enjoyed my stay:) The location is great, minutes from all the restaurants and shops. the a/c worked consistently (one power outage the second night, but it was back on by the time I woke up and noticed, so turned a/c back on). Bed and pillows comfortable and always had hot water in the shower (was showering btwn 4-6pm most days). Breakfast was small but adequate. Water refills available from staff in the lobby. Christina was excellent, always friendly and helpful🙏🏼

The window is tinted, but is facing the hallway, so didn’t ever leave the curtain open… but I wasn’t really in the room from morning until night, so no biggie. Lots of noise from the street and adjacent rooms, but I always travel with earplugs anyway.
