Best thing about this hotel is its location - right in the center of everything, next to the port, 1 min from the beach. Then what really makes a difference are the people - always nice, helpful, smiling, brightening your day! Amazing rooftop, great food and amazing music nights (with Sikap Jam band, loved it!)

Even though the rooms were cleaned daily, sometimes there were places where it was not fully cleaned, plus the first room we stayed in (we had 2 periods of stay) had some ants coming from everywhere - not a big trouble, just something to know as in rest it was perfect!

I really liked the staff of S Resort El Nido. Julie at the front desk was very professional and handled our check in really well. She also gave us some recommendations and advice such as allowing us to leave our items while we went for our island hopping tour. Philippine hospitality in Palawan is one of a kind! Kudos to Julie and staff working that day (dec 15/16, 2023).

The hallway was a bit noisy during our stay, however it may be due to unforeseen circumstances.

Staff - The Reception (Sky and Julia) and the rest of their Reception team was outstandingly courteous, attentive to the guests needs, tries to accommodates requests, always ready to help, simply outstanding. They arranged a complimentary pick up, helped in arranging the tours with no hassle. The drivers who picked us up at the airport greated us with beaming smiles. They were so eager to give you recommendations. Overall their staff were all friendly and welcoming to guests. Location - perfect location, stones throw away to the beach, market, church, ferry terminal.

The building is not well maintained. When taking a shower the water overflows, it does not drain so well. You can visibly see the wear and tear, molds in the basin. The room in general is okay. The tour lunch which we were asked to pay 400 the portion were way too small. It was served to us in a packed lunch and the portions were small. For the next tour we bought our own lunch which is way more better.

Everything was great! Room was large, with a huge balcony & beach view, super clean and fresh. Location is perfect! Staff is very kind, but the most amazing was Mr. Sky - he made our stay at the hotel and an island unforgettable! Sky not only made us feel welcomed and made sure we are comfortable with the hotel, he also recommended us a beautiful beach and a place to swim, the best money exchange place, hopping island tour which was amazing, helped us with breakfast to-go for airport and just had the best energy ever! Book this hotel, as Mr. Sky and team got you! You will love it!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at S Resort from start to finish, everything about the hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful after a long road trip from Puerto Princesa we had the pleasure of a very warm and friendly greeting from Jayson, Julia and Sky, making us feel welcome and cared for. The facilities at the hotel were clean and amazing, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious meals and The View is spectacular! and it's in the heart of El Nido town just walk out the entrance and you're there in all the action. The breakfast was also great, providing a perfect start to our days. I wholeheartedly recommend everything about S Resort . It's an ideal place for anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and hassle-free stay. This was one the best experience we have had with a hotel. we have stayed in many hotels and resorts - but the staff at S Resort were just helpful, kind and friendly, again I need to mention Jayson, Julia and Sky with their smiles really makes your day and the security guards were also so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Their knowledge of local cuisine and beaches was invaluable, guiding us to some of the most delightful spots we wouldn't have discovered on our own. Their recommendations significantly enhanced our four-day experience, adding a personalized touch that made our stay unforgettable. Both Val and Sky deserve recognition and raises for their dedication and skill in elevating guest experiences. Thanks to them, S Resort is more than just a place to stay; it's a gateway to the best the area has to offer.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. In particular, Val, Nicole Sky and Julia were able to assist us with almost everything. Great job! Besides, the location of the hotel is excellent. Everything can be reached quickly on foot.

Unfortunately, the room did not meet our expectations. According to our measurements, the room (without balcony) has a size of approx. 21m². According to the description Booking, the room size should be 30m²

The nicest, most helpful staff we have ever met. Everyone, especially the pretty girls, Nicole, Julia and the others. Among the men, Sky stood out with his undying devotion. We spent four days here, the room is large and comfortable, the equipment is very usable. The towels are of good quality. There are chairs, there are places to put them.

Location & staff are absolutely great for this hotel. We were greatly taken care of by Carl and Jillian and everybody was so helpful and nice! We had a wonderful stay, for the second time in El Nido, and we would do it again if we ever come back!

This year, unlike the previous one, they were doing some works on the road right in front of the hotel, so outside looked a bit... unappealing. We stayed for 3 different times periods now, first time we were on the corner and facing the main street, which meant 2 glass walls and little sleep because the room was not isolated properly.

S Resort is a lovely place to stay! The environment is peaceful, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What really made a difference was the staff—they were so helpful and kind. They gave me great recommendations and helped arrange an island-hopping tour through one of their trusted partners, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my trip. The breakfast was also delicious and healthy, with a good mix of local and Western options. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet, well-managed place to relax and explore the area.
