Great location, kind and responsive staff. Good breakfast. They offered excellent tour guides for the island hopping trip. Definitely worth booking that with them.

No cleaning of room during our 4 night stay. Not even the dustbins have been emptied. The minivan transfer we booked through them to Puerto Princesa is very low standard. Left with two ours delay and picking up villagers at many places on the way, making the vehicle supercrowded.

Staff/owners were very friendly and helpful.

They start cooking what smells like real pungent Philippine food (meats) at 4am every day. Not sure what the food is for. Maybe they cook for the tour boats….?The smell woke me up everyday and I couldn’t get back to sleep. The windows also didn’t close completely and someone’s cigarette smoke often came into the room 😳.

Central location lots of bars and restaurants outside the hotel, staff are friendly and helpful

The staff were really nice and the location! They have water dispenser in every floor.

At 4am 5am there's a strong smell of food (maybe there's a restaurant close to my room). Next to my room, I can hear like people doing some construction during the day (the good thing is that I always had some activities). Some nights can be noisy, but if you bring earplugs, you are fine!

Tiny ants trolling all over the room! The staff came in and sprayed for me. I could not completely close my window (it was not a single pane window)! I could hear the sounds of the street, dogs barking, drunk people, trike horns, and everything else all night! The staff was kind enough to give me ear plugs...
