This hotel went above and beyond with its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They smoothly arranged a scooter, boat tour, and transportation to Puerto Princesa for us. The breakfast was not only delicious but also surprisingly affordable. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. For its price range, this hotel is an excellent choice. Additionally, the walking distance to the city center is a great bonus. We look back on a fantastic stay.

Little bit noisy

First of all, the hotel has a strong wi-fi connection which was a must for my stay in El Nido. They have routers on each floor, which makes the connection so strong. I stayed here for more than a week, in 3 different rooms. The best one was standard room on the 3rd floor. It seems to be the "newest" and freshest. There's a better AC and bed mattress, the room is more spacious than the double room. The staff was very very helpful, especially one girl working there. She was always kind and helped us move our stuff around the rooms when we were island hopping and sightseeing. Breakfast is quite nice, especially the pancakes. There's free instant coffee and tea. You can also buy cold water, soft drinks and sweets in the lobby. You can rent a motor bike for 500 PHP per day, an island hopping tour and transport to Puerto Princesa and Port Barton.

Considering other hotel options at this price during high season, there's not much to complain about.

We like the vibe, the tranquility, the mood, and the color scheme used throughout the property. The view is also nice from the ground floor or the breakfast area, overlooking downtown. Ms. Charlyn was also very hospitable and courteous, helpful with direction and tips for travel (like when we inquired re: Nacpan beach), and was always looking after our needs. Since we booked a family room, they initiated to let us have breakfast for four, even if there were only three of us. There was also unli instant coffee available. When we had trouble with the AC unit, they offered to transfer us to another room. Yey! We also liked the linen and soft towels provided. The WiFi connection in the breakfast area is also good. The bathroom was equipped with hot and cold water. The location of the property was also convenient.

It was unfortunate that we had trouble with our AC unit in our original room when there was a power outage. We also noticed various insects in the room where we were transferred to. The curtains in both rooms were a little shorter than what is necessary to cover the window width that we had to adjust them every time. The curtains in the bathroom are also shorter than the window length (only half of the window was covered) which made us kind of conscious even though we're facing the mountainside. The water pressure coming from the bidet was too strong which made us a little uncomfortable. Sadly, the TV was not functional at that time.

Very nice staff at this Hotel. They even invited us for new year celebration to join them, they prepared big food plates, drinks and everything for free. They were always helpfull with tips, umbrella or just a nice talk. It felt more like home then just a hotel and thats because of the staff. The rooms had everything we need, very clean, comfy bed and good water pressure. Everything in El Nido is in walking distance of the Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there and recommend it 100%

Nothing to complain

located close to bars and restaurants, walking distance. bed is comfortable, ac works but it’s very noisy. friendly staff. it’s a good ratio quality / price for El nido.

it’s located on a very busy road so if you need silence to sleep, not ideal. there was no shower curtain so when you take a shower everything gets wet.

The staff were particularly very helpful. Complimentary coffee in the morning. The hotel arranged a shuttle for us for pickup from the airport. The hotel helped us to book activities in the area.

The bathrooms were a bit too small.

Amos took care of everything for us-from booking both of our island and in-land tours to even arranging for our van transfer to Puerto Princesa.The staffs were also attentive to our needs,very friendly and were trustworthy.It is also strategically located not too far fr the city center but not too close that we were able to still sleep peacefully at night.Well recommended cozy inn for a price that is quite a steal!

No table, chair, and mirror in the room. The only mirror that we had was the one in the toilet. Also the lock in the bathroom was rusty due to the fact that the shower is almost above the toilet bowl.

Location is slightly out of the main area (walking distance) which is good for a bit of freedom. The rooms were nice and the facilities were good as well. Good value!

Few gaps in the door but nothing to fuss about just being picky.
