We stayed for 9 nights level 4 room. We felt like we got great value for money staying here. The staff were incredible, couldnt help us enough when one of us got sick. Its a perfect location outer edge of town further from the noise but only a 2min walk down the street. Aircon was good, no issues with shower water pressure, room was big enough and you jave the option to book all your tours bike hire here for no extra charge. Breakfast is included its got enough options to get you through, rice, eggs, meat dish, bread, jams, fruit. All up we would stay again and thank the staff so much for taking care of us!!

This is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. If you are staying in El Nido you need to stay here! The staff picked me up from airport free of charge, booked all my tours, provided drinks (at reception) which was very handy for when we got thirsty, and booked our ferry to Coron as well as bringing us to the ferry port. All this was handy for people who want an easy, stress free stay. The staff are super friendly. Very close to town. Room shower, AC and WiFi are all excellent. Best stay we have had in the Philippines so far. Thank you!

Perhaps the breakfast could have more variation for example fresh fruit bowl, cereal, toast, eggs etc. Not just rice

The hotel is in a very good location, quiet but very near to the busy road. The staff was amazing, so friendly, so kind, they helped us with everything. We loved that we could rent motorbikes from the hotel and the price was very good. The airport shuttle is also a big plus.

The breakfast is a little poor, I wouldn’t mind because a bread slice with butter and jam is fine for me, I’d love some fruits though. Also, it’s a little bad that there is no way to get clean air in the room/ bathroom because there are no opening windows. Considering everything was a little pricey in el Nido it was a descent hotel (in terms of building) because in terms of staff we loved them!

The location - is close to the center, you can reach very quick also the Canopy Walk. In front of the hotel there are tricycles. And also you can rent a scooter from the hotel, that has a private parking. The staff was nice and they help you with what you need - they booked for us the transportation to Puerto Princessa and it was a very pleasant drive compared with the one that we took from PP to El Nido. The breakfast was good, I appreciated the attention of details, even if it was not the most complex breakfast. The bathroom was pretty large compared with the room, but it was good that it was more space. You have a table and chair in front of the room - as a small terrace - which was good, especially for smokers.

Not very clean and also they do not clean if you do not require directly to them (but I've seen that this is a normal practice in Philippines, also to the more luxury resorts). Room pretty small, without the possibility to open the window - and neither the door you cannot keep it open (has a system of automatically close) - you do not have the possibility to refresh the air from your room. No fridge and also no mirror in the room.

I cannot fault anything. From the first moment, it was exceptional. The staff are super helpful and nice. The rooms are big, comfy, clean, and quiet. The bathrooms are spacious, shower and rain shower with dim lights. They even have proper bidet, not just the hose that is everywhere in Asia. The food was yummy and they did accommodate special requests without a blink. They help to organize tours, give ideas on what to see if our schedule changes. All in all it is a fantastic place and we will stay there again when we go back to El Nido

Good location - near to everything (restaurants, meetup for island hopping, and others) Accomodating staff - we appreciated the staff. Especially when we checked out. Early because we had to go to Puerto princesa , since we would not use the free breakfast they were so kind to prepare us sanwdich and water that we brought in transit. There's no tricycle driver that time, they offered us a ride to terminal where the meetup with van is. Thanks so much for that. They also have motor cycles for rent. Good breakfast- not too mny options but good deal indeed

The staff where very friendly, helpful and happy to chat and give advice. The pool was a great addition for a quick swim, the rooms where large and comfortable and well equipped with large TV , good internet, comfortable large bed and nice shower.

I would say try and avoid the rooms on the first floor (101/102), we where originally put in 102 and you could hear everyone walking past and the waterfall from the pool due to poorly fitted door (could fit my finger through the gap above and below), although our room was changed quickly after a polite request to the staff. The breakfast was also a bit hit and miss, going after 9am meant cold food and even before then was generally underwhelming. Getting fresh coffee and cheap breakfast around the corner was a much better start to the day. I would have also liked to have seen a safe in the room, especially as el nido is so reliant on cash.

The place was conveniently located in El Nido town and very accessible to shops, restaurants and especially the tour starting point. What we loved the most about Bill's was the people. The staff were very friendly and helpful- from the receptionists, drivers and caretakers. Everything we needed was provided by them that we didn't need to look elsewhere. The room was the perfect size for a couple like us and had the necessities needed.

We absolutely loved the place but we wished there was an elevator as walking up to 4+ flights of stairs everyday up to the top floor was quite tiring. The breakfast was nice although there could've been more options.

Everything was great! Perfect location to access the main town and also nice and central to all the beaches. We loved hiring a motorbike from reception and driving to beaches on the island. Very helpful and very welcoming staff. One of the lights in our room was flickering and they promptly fixed it. Breakfast was good each morning as well! We definitely recommend this accomodation!

The room was spacious. The shower had a door which you don't get everywhere in the Philippines. The staff on the front desk were very nice and friendly. Location was close to the centre of town without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There was a security man at night which was great. The hotel had a generator so when the power went out we still had light and power.

Some beds around the pool area and some umbrellas/shade would be nice. Breakfast could have been hotter. Not a bad hotel at all for the price. Basic and did the job.
