Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable and breakfast was also good. Location is also very convenient and staff facilitate everything you need. Seeing the accommodation standards of the island, this is where you want to stay if you want something decent. Everyone I talked to said their "budget" accommodations were not nice. Would stay here again.

I think that a property that makes you pay what you pay for a night, shouldn't make guests pay for their beach towels. I travel all the time and to be honest this is the first time facing this. Also, your no guest allowed in the room rule even of its just a short while should be changed because this is, again, not a cheap property.

The location right in town was perfect for beach side restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The property was spotless, with attention to detail in decor and layout. An unmatched water view from the restaurant rooftop made for a relaxing breakfast and place to lounge for sunset. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious. Bed was comfy, AC was perfect and shower temperature and pressure was great. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff, especially Jade at the front desk and Joey from the restaurant were always pleasant, helpful and happy to greet you with a smile.

Nothing - it was truly great!

Aziza hotel is located close to the airport, the staff are friendly and kind and the hotel offers free airport transfers. Joshua who works in food and beverage, his recommendations can’t be beat when choosing menu items! Chicken adobo pizza with pesto is highly recommended! The alcoholic cocktails are great & we purchased many mojitos during our stay. The room listing didn’t mention a mini fridge however we had one in ours, the aircon was cold and a balcony air clothes rack is provided. The shower pressure was good and hot water ready! The beds were comfortable and daily house keeping is done daily providing fresh towels, water and coffee. We had a massage onsite at the spa on our last night and regretted we didn’t get one sooner and more often! The lobby area is huge with a lot of waiting spaces and chairs for tours guides and lounging. There is live music nightly and it’s always a good time. I would most definitely stay her again if I were to return to Palawan.

The staff was so nice and helpful. They're now like family. The room was clean, spacious and the bed/pillow were so comfortable. Air conditioning and wifi worked fine the entire time we were there. We really enjoyed the food. Everything was so delicious, whether it was the morning buffet or lunch and crepes. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach for tours, shops and restaurants. We have been to many hotels, but were never treated with so much care and attention. Thank you so much to Eric (owner), Paul, Jane, Twinkle, Marco, Maynard, Joey, Ann and the rest of the staff! You're all amazing. We had an amazing stay and will be back.

Location was very convenient. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They all had a happy demeanour and genuinely felt like they were happy to have us stay with them. The in house laundry service was very easy to organise. Our flight was later in the afternoon and the Sea Cocoon assisted us by storing our luggage until we had to leave. Were still able to stay and use the ground floor and cafe facilities which was very helpful since we left 2 hours after check out.

I would suggest that communication be sent the day prior to arrival or upon confirmation asking if the guest would like a van pick up from the airport since they do have an airport shuttle. I think the prompt to remind the guest would be good since there are no clear signs at the airport on how to get into town if you haven’t organised pick up. Also their lift was broken, notification about that would have also been appreciated.

We spent an enjoyable 6 nights in this superb hotel. Anyone considering a visit to el nido need look no further than the sea cocoon hotel from the point of view of value, location, superb staff, free breakfast deal and plain 100% satisfaction. We loved Lio beach, a little out of town, near the airport. Getting local transport on a motor bike sidecar job was right outside the hotel. We found a choice of 40 dining choices easy walking distance from the hotel, many on the sea front. If you intend taking the boat trips to the reefs, lagoons, deserted islands, you can see the embarcation beach from your top floor breakfast table....a few minutes walk away. El nido is a special place and the sea cocoon hotel is the ideal base there. From Tony and Monica Moore.

We stayed at the Sea Cocoon for 5 nights. Excellent location in close proximity to the beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious which provided tea and coffee making facilities. The accommodation included breakfast with a good selection of tasty and quality foods with freshly made eggs of choice, which was served in the roof top restaurant with the most breathing-taking and stunning views of the bay. Every member of staff we passed or interactive with were warm, friendly and polite. I couldn’t have asked for more. Extremely happy. Would I stay again? Without a doubt.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Cocoon Hotel. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast: an excellent variety of options, from fresh fruit to cereals and Philippino breakfast. Perfect for those looking for something healthy and balanced. On top of that, enjoying it with such stunning sea views made every morning feel extra special. Another thing worth mentioning is the kindness of the staff. From reception to the restaurant team, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any request or give recommendations about the area. You can tell they truly care about their guests and love what they do. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back.

Confortable bed, very friendly staff. Great deals for motorbike rental with the plus of being able to park your motorcycle at the hotel private parking spot. It's sort of difficult to park your bike anywhere in the center of el nido town. It was nice to have constant drinking water refillers at the corridors next to the room door.

Being adjacent to one of el nido's main street, traffic noise is constant and a nuisance. Even at 3am to 5am, we can hear the rumbling of the old motorcycles. There's a big school next to the hotel, thus during morning time, it can be noisy as well if there are events. The trick is to keep the air con on, which is quite loud. Thus, it can sort of 'camouflage' the street noise
