The room was big and spacious with nice furnishings, the bed was big and comfy. The location was not on the main strip but within walking distance to the shops. The staff were very lovely and happy to help.

This place gets a bad wrap, but it’s really not that bad. There is the issue of low water pressure and noise from outside but it’s a simple building and not a fancy hotel. I would consider this a hotel rather than anything boutique.

The hotel was amazing and very beautiful. The service we received was just great Fred was very helpful and attended to all our needs and inquiries. Definitely would visit again. The room size was great and bathroom was very modern and lovely.

When I was there, I got a badly inflected leg due to nic nic bites down at the beach some 10-15 minutes away. The hotel manager arranged for a 24 hour doctor to see me. They also provided a tricycle to take me to the doctor and to waited until after the consultation to bring me home. Also arranged for me to stay another night so that I could have a follow up consultation. If you are travelling solo, it is good to know that the hotel management genuinely does care about your well-being.

The hotel room was okay and wifi was working very good. It was also in okay distance to walk to the center of El Nido and to bus terminal. The room had a balcony and they had a refill water station available for guests.

- The room wasn’t the cleanest and you could see on sheets and towels that there were some spots. They also didn’t clean the room in our 4 day stay once, so it was a mess as we come back from boat trip pretty sandy. - As popular in the whole country, the water is heated by sun, so we didn’t really have much hot water and showered more in semi-cold one. - The hotel is next to a very busy street and we could hear the street constantly, as the room is not isolated. Additionally, someone was constantly singing, which was a bit annoying.

No hot shower. Low water pressure No fridge in room On a busy main road but not sound proofed. Found it very difficult to sleep on a night because of this also a lot of construction work happening around at the minute which was very loud but this isn’t the hotels fault
