The man who works on the desk during the day is so lovely!! Always happy to help. Very good location just outside the main centre Arrange bike hire and washing for cheap. Free water. I left my drivers license and the worker came and dropped off to my location, very kind! Cheap hotel compared to the rest of el nido.

The first room we had was covered in black mould, luckily they moved us when requested the next day and that room was fine Breakfast was cheap which is good but the second and third day they had limited options and never knew what would be in stock the next day

The location was great. Walking distance from center and beach. The room was big enough and confortable with a good aircon. Staff so friendly and welcoming. They help us to book some tours.

A bit noisy if you are not a deep sleeper. Shower with low pressure (but I reckon this is happening in all the Philippines). The room was very clean when we checked in but they didn’t clean during our stay.

The soon was very comfortable and had a proper air conditioner which was great. WiFi was okay. The staff helped us with everything we needed. The shower was separate from the toilet which was a nice addition.

We were on the ground floor and the water dispenser was on the third floor. The staff were loud and woke us up at 6:30AM on one of the days and weren’t considerate of the guests. Other than that it was a good place to stay

Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Open area on third floor was perfect for morning coffee and baby to roam around. AC worked well, hot shower available and available cold/hot water for drinking at any time of day. There was someone on site 24/7 if you ever needed anything. Good location, walkable to any part of the bayan. Perfect for us!

Didn’t like that you couldn’t add on breakfast to our stay but it wasn’t a make or break, just would’ve been nice to eat at the hotel on super early days.

The first room we stayed in had a bit of a bad smell and some damp but when we told the staff about this they were great and moved us to a new room which was perfect!

Close to everything. McDonald's is so close also. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They also offer tours and van transfer from pps to el nido. They also have a grocery store downstairs. The view from the room with the rock is cool.

We got a room on top floor which was clean, comfortable, warm showers, AC. Water refill. 20min walk to town.

Staff could have been a little friendlier. But we weren’t around a lot so didn’t really impact our stay. I’d recommend to anyone on a budget

Short walk to the downtown. The facility’s wifi was not that good, but overall, our stay was comfortable and the room was quite spacious. The AC was very cold that we turn it off in the middle of the night lol

The staff were really kind and tried to manage what I asked. They kept my luggage and offered shower service with 75 peso per person after check out.

I couldn't sleep in my room on 2nd floor due to the street noise. But they changed to the room on 3rd floor and it was much better.
