The staff here are fantastic, always willing to go above and beyond and do it with a smile. The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and all other facilities we're fine. Breakfast was very adequate for us, lots of selections and various juices. The location is ideal for those who do not want to be directly in town but still want access, as the walk is within 10 mins.

Very minor, but we did not have any views from our room unfortunately, but assume this is pot luck at times. Wifi was a tad patchy and mobile data was non existent.

-Staff were super friendly -Morning breakfast was typical Filipino food and was just enough. -The wifi was fast - sometimes it was spotty- but overall it worked fine. -The room was very spacious and the AC and hot water worked very well. -The location is about a 3-minute drive to town or a 10-minute walk. This was great because you're close to the action, but far enough for peace and tranquility. -Everything was great, especially for the price. One of the better "3-star" establishments I've been to.

Lovely hotel with good breakfast selection and very helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed our time here and found it cleaner and more modern than other places. The staff were lovely and let us store our luggage before and after our stay and arranged a scooter for us very quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again, especially in one of the new rooms under construction which look nice

It’s a little walk outside the centre but this was fine for us. The bathroom/shower is a little small but still fine.

The signal and Internet connection are poor. Maybe because of the weather. Free wifi is a struggle. You can connect to the wifi (even if the signal is poor) but every time mag screen lock ang phone you need to reconnect again to their wifi using their voucher.

Room was a good size and clean. Great hot water. Friendly staff. Good location!

Bathroom had a bit of a smell.. no worries just keep the door shut. Wifi didn’t reach my room, only communal areas, which is annoying because I read in one of their question replies that the rooms do have wifi.

A large hotel divided into sections. Confused us a bit. Must leave the hotel by shuttle. Shuttle available all the time. Good rooms. Welcoming staff. Suitable for a family

staff were wonderful. clean and comfy place! very helpful … tours were offered right from the hotel .

they were doing some construction on the level above us during the day… not a big deal but just be aware.

Not far from downtown, and yet far enough to get away from all the noise. staff is super friendly, and they helped me coordinate transportation whenever I needed it.

Every other day cleaning. I would have preferred they offer every day room cleaning.

The staff was super friendly and kind! We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay! Would defenitely come again!:)
