Staff, especially the front desk was very attentive with our inquiries and requests; they were very efficient in getting our requests fulfilled (such as booking the tours for us, fulfilling our private van request for pickup and drop off at the airport, and even our laundry requests) and they also give out suggestions. Even before the trip, the staff handling their chat here on the website was very responsive. There was no hassle during the whole trip, starting from arrival until departure to the airport, and would like to thank them for this hassle-free vacation. The rooms are cozy and is just right for us, and very clean. Bathrooms are spacious also. There is a drugstore/convenience store at the bottom of the hotel, it has been convenient for us to buy stuff. It is also near a market. There are also tricycles at the bottom, so if you want to do a land tour you can ride on one right away. It isn't near the center where there's tons of restaurants but it is a walkable distance (maybe around a 10-15 min walk), and this is okay with us. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance to visit El Nido again.

These cons doesn't really affect our stay. But the aircon is a bit too high for any of us to reach and unfortunately it is not a remote control aircon. Also arriving late night, there are several homeless sleeping outside the drugstore/convenience store near the bottom of the stairs going up to the hotel, so this may surprise or turn off some of the guests. Despite these, hope you guys consider this hotel because they definitely made our stay in El Nido memorable and hassle free.

Definitely recommend staying at “el terraza suites”!! The hotel is located conveniently, 6-7 minutes walking distance from el nido town ( and the port where the tours start )… There is a supermarket on the ground floor where we bought everything we needed.. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious, it is for sure a value for money considering all the above!! Last but not least I need to congratulate the staff and especially Mr Hector for all the assistance they provided to us ( booking some tours, washing our clothes and helping us deliver food )!!

I like how the staffs are very accommodating to us. They gave us a warning about the drinking water in El Nido and assured us that drinking water from them are safe and comes from Puerto Princesa. They also offered us different types of package tour. We booked Tour A on our first day, and offered us free use of aqua bag and shoes. Sadly, we didn't get to book tour C the day after because of the weather but they provided us a motor rental instead and went to Nacpan Beach. We booked a van from them as well, for our trip back to Puerto Princesa. We were very happy with our stay, as everything we need is within the hotel already. The room is nice and clean.

Power interruption may happen during dawn and black outs may occur. There's also a bit of road noise but it's not a huge deal though.

It was very personable and a decent location. Very good if you rent a bike and want to go to the beaches. The most incredible and friendly people work there. We have stayed in a lot of places and they were so nice, it made our stay so amazing !!

The air con was slightly loud. But I am a light sleeper so that could be worse for me

I liked the position close to the smaller harbour for tours. There is no denying the noise of the generators and they are honest about it. I was lucky to have a back room and was no problem at all. The manager and staff are amazing organised my trips, transport, laundry, drinks etc. Wi-Fi when working very good.

I would have liked a washing line to dry towels etc and a bed side table

Me and my sisters had a blast during our reunion vacation here at El Terraza on Sept 27 to Oct 1, 2022. The location is very close to everything, great location. Hector the manager is really accommodating and very patient with all our needs. And Mark is a nice boy too. It's feel like home in this place.

The only issue for me is the AC inside the room is very high, difficult to adjust when needed. But everything is ok. I can refer still this place.

Modern hotel that had generator back up which was used multiple times during my visit. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel is 3 floors above street and no elevator. Hotel is located next to power generator for the entire town so noise level high.

bed was really uncomfortable to sleep in. Its 2 single bed put together to make a bigger bed. I stayed with my bf and it wasnt pleasant sleeping as the beds kept moving from the center.

Location its little further out from the actually town, and there's a lot of noise from the Generators next door the building but that's not the hotel fault .

Good localization near Corong Corong beach. Room was very clean, staff also was really nice. Breakfast included in the offer was always with coffe/juice/green tea. We always chose breakfast day before so we were sure when we can leave to explore El Nido ;)
