Clean and comfortable. Free water and coffee; Helen allowed us to check in early (as early as 12 kahit na standard talaga is 3PM) which meant a lot. They are furfam too! Thank you Helen and fam for the best service!

There’s nothing not to like but I think the only thing that can be improved on is thicker or warmer blanket cos AC was cold.

What I like the most of this place is the lady owner. She was really hands-on. She attended all our needs and most specially she gave us discounts on our island hopping tour and room accomodation extension. She even invited uso birthday dinner of her daughter. I know it was a family celebration but then she insisted that we should join them. We really felt like at home. The room was surprisingly good/clean and the breakfast as well. And pet friendly too. They have resident doggo named Matilda. She was really playful and sweet little furry.

No fly zone of drone since :)

Location was perfect. 5minutes by tricycle to reach the city center. Close to groceries and restaurants. Was nice that the place has own generator, it saved our stay when there was an electric outage in El Nido for almost a day. Breakfast was decent. Staff were nice; My mom forgot her meds in the hotel when she left but they assisted us and delivered my mom’s meds. Thank you for that. They offer good rates for tours as well. Bonus was they have very cute digs! :)

Wifi sometimes got slow. But it’s El Nido so I think it’s expected. Overall wifi was decent.

You’ll get value for your money here! When you decide to stay here, I suggest getting the Twin Room with Balcony. The owner is lovely and the other staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite it being near other residential properties, it was still quiet and has an awesome view of the rock formation in El Nido. They serve breakfast of your choice every morning too!

None at all! The place is closer to the bus terminal, but the town center is like 1.2 kilometers away.

Really liked this accommodation. From the moment we arrived the hosts were so helpful and friendly. The room was comfy and clean. Location is good - about a 5-10 min walk to El Nido town, and a cheap tricycle ride to Las Cabanas beach. Breakfast was simple but delicious and just what we needed to start our day. Free coffee, water dispenser and hot shower. Hosts also organised tour for us, which was super convenient.

The WiFi was pretty bad in the room we had. The roosters in the morning were quite loud and also dogs barking.

This seems like an overall issue in El Nido, but there was almost no water pressure.

The location is close to el Nido town proper 8-10 mins by foot, The room is really big with nice AC. The staff is really nice they suggest something you might have missed or a place to go. Breakfast is good too you have choices.

The place is walkable going to the town proper also accesible with public transpo. Staff are very accommodating and they even let us stay for a couple of hours in another room with balcony for free due to my work. Internet is very stable and fast. Will definitely come back!

Comfort room needs some refurbishment after this will be done place would absolutely be great!

Good location between El Nido and Corong Corong (walking distance to both). The room was a decent size and the shower and WiFi were some of the best I've had in Palawan (not so high a bar though!). Aircon decent and dogs very cute. Breakfast was adequate. Good for a one night stay.

Staff are not all that welcoming, especially at breakfast. TV doesn't work, though that didn't really matter to me.

What I like about seaslugs is their willingness to help and provide better service. We we offered breakfast and given extra servings. We brought food from nearby eateries and they let us use their dining area, tables, plates & clean up the dishes with no extra charge.

The TV was not working during our stay, it is understandable as they just resumed operations and the cable tv service has not been reconnected.
