Very clean, very comfortable stay. Nice pool, pretty grounds, great location, access onto the beach at the back and walking distance to loads of great eating spots and bars. Great base camp for tours of El Nido.

Breakfast was the only big disappointment. Limited selection of cheap food. I'd recommend walking 20m down the road to a great breakfast place - if I remember correctly - Al Kala? The AC was incredibly loud. I sleep through anything but if you're a light sleeper you will struggle.

We have made a great choice staying in ENGR for our vacation. Some reviews mention poor wifi or smell in bathroom but it seems the management is taking feedback seriously and we had no e of these issues at all. Wifi connection without any issues and bathroom was clean. The biggest advantage of this hotel is own pool and mainly the location which is fantastics. It’s literally few steps from restaurants, bars but far enough to avoid loud music from bars in the evening. We can only recommend this place!

Beautiful location on the beach of El Nido and a 5-minute walk from the bustle of the town. Nice swimming pool with a few sunbeds to relax and there is a nice spa where you can get a massage outside. Breakfast buffet is fine and nothing special. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. You can book tours at the hotel and they are great to do.

No WiFi in our hotelroom. Only when I walked to the door I had WiFi. WiFi at the reception and pool area were perfect.

Beautiful location right on the water. Very close walking distance to all the good food places but still away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly and helpful.

Location was great, the main strip was walking distance. The pier to go on all the island tours was also walking distance. The hotel was located on the quieter side of the main strip so not noisy in the evenings. Breakfast spread was good and all the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean and tidy and the room was spacious and well maintained. The in-house spa was really good, the massage was pleasant and the price was reasonable

The temperature of the shower was a bit hit and miss. Turning the temperature dial didn't seem to do anything and so sometimes the water was a bit too cold or a bit too hot and you couldn't really get it right

The hotel resort location was great, right by the beach front where all the boat excursions are and just a few minutes from the high street. The staff were very lovely and attentative throughout the whole stay. The breakfast was great, everyday there was always lots to choose from with good options from local Filipino food or continental breakfast. The hotel has lots of great facilities including a big pool, spa options, and a scenic rooftop bar. Overall I found it a good value for money and worth a stay!

We were promised an airport pick up which we had called twice to confirm about - no driver ever showed up for us and we ended up going for a different coach company. There was no communication to the hotel about this and so they almost charged us for the airport pick up which never happened. Thankfully I had a receipt to prove! The Wifi was a bit slow at times despite our room being so close to the concierge. Also quite unfortunate that the family triple room was facing the back of the restaurant next door, so leaving our clothes out on the terrace to dry wasn't that pleasant.

The location is perfect because you can easily reach the boat trips, which are necessary when you are at Palawan. You are also close to all the good restaurants. The rooms are of very high standard, they are spotless clean, and much larger than a standard hotel room. The view from the hotel is fantastic. The beds are of good high quality. Very friendly staff and excellent service all the time. High security. Good breakfast. Good silent AC. The food at the restaurant is good, but expensive compared to the other restaurants.

You shall be aware of the following before you book a room: The surroundings are a little noicy. To the left of the hotel are construction workers and barkling dogs, to the right is a bar with music in the evening, and in the front of the hotel are driving a lot of motor bikes on the beach. But in general it is difficult, if not impossible, to find any quiet place at the Philippines, so that is propably something one must accept when visiting this country. There is no WiFi in any of the rooms, only in front of the reception, and on the top terrace. The hotel does not accept credit or debit cards! Make sure you have enough cash, otherwise you risk to be in serious troubles if you check out and shall catch an airplain. They do however, accept USD and EUR.

Location is the best in all of El Nido, ..soaking in pool with the view was amazing. Bar staff at roof top bar were super great, more amazing views with live music.!

Nothing really. I had read reviews that poolside bungalows could possibly hear noise from nightclub next door, we had bungalow right next to it and didn't hear a thing .newly renovated bungalows are gorgeous and well worth the extra money, to just sit on your own verandah with that view was very relaxing. Our teenagers had a twin room in main building, aircon dripped and wasn't fully working, window view was to concrete slab roof and aircon units, they could put some pot plants out there to cheer it up? Shame the poolside bar isn't used anymore, would have been nice to enjoy the view with a cocktail and sunset and ocean breeze.

Property has own beach access. We didn’t swim or do any sunbathing on beach, I don’t think it’s allowed. We used beach to walk into town. Really, like the cottages in front of pool. Pool location with view of beach, boats, mountains make for great location and view! Brunch breakfast was very enjoyable! Favorite meal of day during our stay!

Mildew damp odor in main building but maybe it’s just how it is in very moist tropical place. Gym equipment a bit outdated. I appreciate the ongoing remodel and facility improvements.

The location is definitely the best in El Nido. Pool was nice but could use a bit cooling as the water was literally as hot as in the bath. Staff was friendly and very helpful - helped us arrange rollers to discover island and tricycle at 5am in the morning to go to the airport. Room was specious but bit dated. Nice views from the balcony.

Breakfast could really be better variety and taste wise. Pool could be colder. There are too few sun beds near the pool. And the strange thing was that they had cocktails menu but they did not provide cocktails which for me was disappointing.
