Great convenient location!! Could get everywhere really easy and staff were helpful in organising transport. Comfy bed and great aircon.

Breakfast orders were always forgotten so had to wait a bit extra for this. Bins weren't emptied in the room. None of this would negatively impact my stay though!

Breakfast is poor But everywhere in Philippines it’s like this Moreover do not book these tours A B C D from the hotel Hotel is not responsible, it’s not their fault , those tours are organised by different company I got food poisoned on that trip with their lunch And two days non stop discomfort

I like the location of this hotel, it is near the town center yet not too near that the place is not disturbed by the town's night life. We booked the queen room with a balcony and we have a view of the Taraw Cliff. The staff are approachable most especially Ms. Arlene, who extended a helping hand and made an extra mile when we arrived early at the hotel. We were given notice as well to be careful in using tap water and the hotel made an effort to keep the guests safe by installing purified water stations along the hallway for utility use. Our room bed is comfortable, the air-conditioning is cool and the wifi connection is okay. For the restroom, I am cautious to use the tap water, the faucet and shower are okay but I think for the bidet, the water pressure is too strong maybe it could be replaced with new ones and adjust the pressure. We have a decent breakfast, since it is complimentary, please do not expect a fabulous one but at least they have a menu where you could select and vary your meals. Our room is always clean, thanks to the staff who always clean it every morning. The hotel is accessible to the nearest convenience store, church and also a walking distance to Bacuit Bay (the usual meeting place) during island hopping activities. Overall, we are pleased that we chose this hotel for our stay. We enjoyed El Nido, and this hotel experience was part of it.

The location is great! So easy to get to the tour departures and to go for dinner and drinks in the evening. The room was very nice and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well which we really appreciated in the El Nido heat! The staff was very competent, helpful and nice. Breakfast was included and sufficient, there are water dispensers on each floor which was a great plus!

There was no lift and we had a big heavy suitcase to carry up to the 4th floor. The common areas aren't very big so it doesn't encourage you to hang out in the hotel, which is fine because there is so much to do in the surroundings. It was definitely up to expectations.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. They had always answers to our questions, solutions and good recommendations for all our desires. We loved them. For example, when we arrived there, my boyfriend had his t-shirt dirty with fresh paint from the tricycle who drove us there and the staff cleaned it in like two literally seconds without ruining it. Woow! They were great, all of them! The location is perfect, it is close to everything. Breakfast was really good. Beds were so comfortable!!!

The bathroom was quite dark having the floor and the walls covered with black tiles and the lighting was soft. The cleanliness was not perfect but compared to other philippines accomodations, was ok. We got used with everything and we didn't complained because we were really ok, we used the room just to shower and sleep so it worked absolutely!

Great location… away from loud noises. They have water dispensers on every floor. Theres no lift in this facility but staff are really helpful to help you with your luggage. Looks a bit older than the photos but very clean.

The aircon blades was broken and we had the cool air straight on our head and couldn’t move the blades to guide the cool air away from us. Otherwise no issues :)

Hotel with good shower close to town centre.Comfortable beds.

I booked a superior room and was under the impression that we would have a balcony,per the photos.There was a balcony at the front which anyone could use to sit on and smoke(if you wanted to).Breakfast should be ordered the night before along with a time and if you were later then it send that the bfast had been prepared and was sitting for 10 minutes.We asked for a second cup of tea/coffee and were told there was an additional charge for that.

Still conveniently located and much better than Rovics hotel next door.

There were issues with our room so we stayed at Rovics the first night. Although im thankful we had a place to stay, im not too fond of the temporary accomodations. I was told that place is more expensive coral cliff but it is hard to believe as everything is so dated (smelly, broken shower, broken tiles, mirrors, etc). Coral cliff to me is like a marriott vs rovics that is an older holiday inn.

Hotel was clean, in a perfect location parallel with the busy nightlife, staff were so friendly polite and helpful with tour bookings, moped bookings and transfer bookings. Literally couldn't ask for more from any of them would recommend this hotel to anyone who's in El Nido for a few days.

WiFi does drop in and out but we didn't book the hotel for their WiFi so not really a negative! Also something they pointed out when checking in.

Very kind and helpful staff, they were always smiling and ready to assist us. Good central location, close to the beach and the main commercial street. The room was big enough to accommodate 2 adults and was also equipped with a safe (and the TV even had Netflix 😀)

There was no fridge in the room and the wifi quality was fluctuating
