I had a relaxing time at Keira's. The hotel is run by a family, readily available for all your questions and demands. The hosts Mikael and Angel are very friendly people and eager to help. When my shorts tore, Angel got me some superglue to fix it right away. The hotel is located at the end of Caalan near the shore. It's a lot calmer at night than El Nido town. Which I loved and is just a 10min walk away. Just remember at flood, it is difficult to go to El Nido town by bike. It is still possible, but I would advise going by foot. It's the only way to reach the town. There are some local shops and a great small restaurant near the hotel. The hotel has a great patio to end the night and chat up with the other visitors. The room was clean and spacious. And Mikael, good luck with the collecting ;). Thanks for a great and easy time.

The owners of the hotel were lovely and sorted everything we needed. The room was comfortable and the facilities were good. We had an issue with the air con when we first arrived and we were immediately brought a fan and moved to a different room the following day (we'd arrived late in the night). The location was a short walk to El Nido town Square and the hotel are able to sort day trips, expeditions to Coron, transport to town square and laundry. We really enjoyed our stay

The room and comfort room is clean and spacious. Rental is not that pricy. There is a nice view walking from Keira to the Town Square. The area is quiet, you can sleep peacefully at night. The customer service is superb! Ms Gel assisted us from the booking inquiries, coordinated our tours and tuktuk transfers, suggests options for food and places to visit. She is also open in accepting us back at their place after experiencing an unfortunate event while transferring to Puerto Princesa. She even checked us if we arrived safe. What a great host!

Super kind and helpful host, she helped us with renting a motorcycle and arranging transport to Port Barton. She can also help with booking tours and other activities/transport. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. We also really liked the area in front of the rooms, where you can make coffee/tea or relax and read a book. Also a great location: in a more quiet and authentic part of El Nido, but still within walking distance of the centre. We would definitely go here again!

It is in a very good location. The accommodation offers boat excursions that you can sign up for, so they'll take care of everything for you. Angel, the owner is very nice and helpful :). I can recommend this accommodation to everyone! Value for money very well worth it.

The air conditioning is very noisy, so you have to turn it off at night, but it does make the room very hot. The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbour through them.

We stayed three nights and had a really good time at Keiras backpackers. The room was perfectly clean and we had a lot of space. The location was perfect, it was located in a quiet area just 5 minutes walk from el nido centre. The Staff was extremely helpful and super nice. We booked a tour, a bus and she did our laundry and everything worked perfectly. I would stay here again

We felt very comfortable in this backpacker hotel, that’s why we also extended our stay. In just 5 minutes you can walk to the city center, where there are many restaurants and bars. There was a very tasty breakfast and delicious fresh coffee at the hotel. Our host Angel and her husband Michael were always there for us. Michel has his own tuk-tuk and takes guests to meeting points and into the city. Angel took a lot of time to advise us on our daily plans. For example, she recommended great beaches nearby and gave us very detailed advice on boat tours. You can book tours at fair prices through her partner agency. She also looked after my friend when she had a stomach ache and gave her medicine. Thank you very much!! Angel's "all-round carefree package" also includes a laundry service and she booked our van to puerto princesa as well. She was available at all times and we had a great time in this hotel. The property is a short 4 min stroll to the beach, and family run restaurants nearby. It’s a 10-15 minute leisurely walk to the main strip, or 5 mins by Trike/bike. Every morning we would eat at the neighbouring restaurant.

The a/c was just a bit noisy but managed to keep the room very cool.

Angel and Michael were lovely and hospitable. The bed was comfortable, the room was tastefully styled, clean, and the aircon worked well (although quite noisy). The location was slightly further out - about a 10 minute walk to shops and cafes/restaurants. However, Michael and Angel organised transfers for us to get to all of our tours, and on the other days we didn’t mind the picturesque walk along the beach to get into town. Angel was so helpful and recommended and booked all of our tours for us, which all turned out to be amazing. We loved our stay here

It’s nothing to do with the accomodation, but, we went to our first tour naive and not realising that we’d have to pay additionally for hiring snorkel, reef shoes and kayaks etc. (these dont seem to come included in any tours - that we were aware of anyway). Also know that tricycle’s will charge a little extra as they have to drive on the beach to get to the accommodation. Again, this has nothing to do with the property.

Our stay at Kiera was INCREDIBLE! We felt like VIP from booking all the way to our departure. First and foremost, the SERVICE was impeccable. Ate Angel and Kuya Mac went above and beyond for us. After booking, we immediately reached out to them for clarification on certain things and to ensure things went through correctly. We immediately received help and amazing recommendations. Kuya and Ate have great connections all over the island and it was such a benefit to us. They setup our pickup/dropoff from and to the Puerto Princesa airport (a 5-hour ride that's usually extremely expensive) since we couldn't fly directly to El Nido Airport. The vans they arranged were comfortable and fit everyone in our party, and our drivers were amazing. They even arranged for us to have lunch along the way because of our arrival time. Once we arrived, they picked us up at the main town square with their Tuktuk/tricycle. The room was already ready for us - air-conditioning already set for comfort, the rooms pristine and the clean bathroom full of toiletries. We were given towels for each person in our party, toiletries in case we didn't have our own, and the warmest welcome from their little helper, Clyde. The beds were very comfy and the heater in the bathroom was a plus to our sore and stiff muscles. The room was large and accommodated our family. The picnic area downstairs is so helpful and cute and a great place to gather as a family if not eating out. Kiera is at a great location close to the town square and meet up points for the tours. We did NOT need to wake up super early just to make it to the tours. There are sari-sari stores up and down the street for whatever you need, but close enough to town that you can venture. It was strangely quiet for being that close to town. The best part was the SERVICE we received from Kuya Mac and Ate Angel.
