Not the most social (no activity planned to my knowledge) NO HOT water (that was the biggest thing that i didn't like, but its bereable because the weather is hot) You pay for the ingredients of breakfast but you end up making it yoursef

The staff was always cleaning, like always. They were also helpful and always around and super nice. The social areas were clean and well kept as well, including the bathrooms. Wasn’t too loud and just far enough away from downtown that It didn’t feel too crowded with people. It may be more of a party scene at other times of the year but wasn’t for my stay but we still drank and hung out with everyone. I’m in my 30s and had a lot of people here closer to my age and younger so it was a good mix.

Not exactly the “best” location but also not the worst. Just get a bike and ride into downtown if you wanna go. Or a 10-15 minute walk. The mattress wasn’t the most comfy thing ever but I adjusted after 2 nights. For 11-13$ USD I have no real complaints

The breakfast was a good bargain for the price. Very satisfied. The staff at Kame were also wonderful. Jen, Kim, Kimmy, Joey were all kind and patient with the guests. It’s a hostel, and my bed set up with electric charger was fine. Unfortunately the locker for my rolling bag was a bit undersized and I really had to work it to get it closed. Glad I didn’t break it. Conditions here were so good I came back to this place after my reservations elsewhere were over. Great happy hour, but one night a group came back after 2 am and we’re pretty noisy for a while out in the community area. Yes, of course I did have my ear plug in, and to be honest it was mostly my friends who were being noisy. Security guard might have reminded them it was late and people were trying to sleep only a few feet away. All said, Kame reminded me why/ how hostels can be such a special place.

Easy to meet people in communal area around happy hour. Very friendly atmosphere much of the time. The staff especially helped make this place. Kim, Kimmy, Joey, Jen, Shane and others.Talk about a bunch of really nice, patient and helpful staff. They helped remind me why I love hostels.

The locker in my room was narrow and made it rather difficult to lock, but I managed. Also one night people were rather loud in the communal area after 2:00 in the morning. I don’t know why the security guard didn’t ask them to quiet down.

The hostel is so nice ! Big and comfortable rooms , they also have IC a big social area outside with a swimming pull . The location is just a few minutes from vanilla beach which was my favorite beach in el nido and also u can walk just few minutes to the town ! They have kitchen if u want to cook sometimes and also u pay just 150 pesos to get the breakfast ( fruit , eggs , toast, butter etc ) if ur stay doesn’t including breakfast.

Sometimes the guests stay in the social area very late which is a bit noisy

The place is nice, with swimming pool, courtyard and a living room with AC. So nice. Place is tidy and nice. Workers are very helpful. Ali helped me in many stuff + topping up my SIM card with his phone, motorcycle and many suggestions. The breakfast guys can’t remember the name is lovely, Amor is a super star. I loved my time there and all the energy and effort they put together. One you have done all the stairs is all set for you

There is not towels or soap included but that totally ok.

The location is nice, near to the Corong Corong beach. Also 3 min from the city center by tuk tuk (100 pesos), or 25 min walking. This is good because the area is quiet. We booked the tour A with them and we had pick up, which was nice. The place is quite small, but there are some nice common area. Breakfast is nice, you get to cook your own egg, and they provide banana and watermelon, 2 types for breads and biscuit. They do have a lot of beds, but the place is clean most of the time.

The small in the corredor and room are not pleasant. The water smell a bit as well, and it is cold. The ac does not work properly, we had to ask to be fix it, but at the end it was very warm and did not worked

Location: 9/10 - slightly away from the main area which is good because it means its not too noisy, only 5 minutes away by scooter which makes it convenient Staff: all the staff were great, helpful in arranging tours and scooter rental, very hassle free. Met the Spanish owner as well he was a cook guy and made sure everything was having a good time. Cleanliness: 10/10 - very clean hostel, saw the staff several times cleaning different areas multiple times a day Facilities: 10/10, big bathrooms with many toilets showers and sinks, all well maintained

Wifi didnt work for me at all, however this is an issue across Palawan not just this hostel

Good beds; there were curtains on the bunk beds and shelves and power plugs next to the bed. There was a pool but I didn’t see anyone using it and the bar was good but basic. Social hostel but not a party one.

Location was a hit out of the way from everything. I thought there was a separate area of El Nido that this hostel was in but it is along the road leading to the beaches so you have to catch a ride into town every time you’re doing something.
