The staff was very nice. It was in a good location, not downtown, but just off POPs area, very near the beach.

The little window I did have seemed to look out over an active construction site. Oh, did I mention that was my bathroom window?

The room was comfortable. The location is good.

Responsiveness via booking messages. I have made an inquiry, they said they would check and confirm and I have never received a response. While water refill stations are available at all hostels/hotels in the Philippines, here it’s not available.

I really like how welcoming they are. They treat us like a family. We are so comfortable with our room specially is so quiet and our window is facing the ocean. Just seing the sunset and sunrise is so amazing already. We really prefer to stay there every time we visit and i will always choose island hop inn.

Well in palawan i guess having the electricity interruption is the boring part and we knew how inconvenient it is but during day time we are having tour and at night its not humid too so we didnt focus on that really. Because we really enjoyed our stay

Very helpful staff! A lot of things can be arranged directly through the hotel : motorbike rental, sea tours, airport van... Good location too! Just near the beach, only a few min away from beach front bars and restaurant. Close enough to both El nido proper and Las Cabanas beach. WiFi and breakfast included! Well functioning Ac and fans.

The room was sometime a little stuffy because it wasn't the easiest to get clean air in, but nothing you can't get over.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable! The rate also comes with a complimentary breakfast. The hotel location is also ideal as it is near to town and to the Corong-Corong area. We were having a hard time looking for transport to the inland beaches but they were able to quickly help us with affordable car rentals to Nacpan and Duli. They also booked our island hopping tours for us. It was hassle-free. We'll definitely come back!

We had some unexpected delays with our incoming travels and the staff at Island Hop Inn were very accommodating in allowing our check in to run smoothly. The room was comfortable and clean. Sadly, we missed breakfast (7-9am) due to the late arrival, we slept in! But otherwise, the stay was pleasant and the staff were helpful.

Decent room size, the AC worked ok if left on for longer. The bathroom was ok, but the shower sometimes worked well and sometimes the water was dripping. The room was next to the balcony which had nice views of the sea. The breakfast was random and there was no choice, but it was decent. Staff was nice. Looking back, it would have been better to stay in town since we ended up going there every day.

Smiling and helpful staff! Good location - close enough to El Nido city centre (beach) and Las Cabanas beach! Just near the beach - about 3 minutes walk. WiFi and breakfast included (big pancake, instant coffee). Our room was with wonderful sea view as we asked. Value for money - 10!❤️

Water in the shower is lukewarm or hot (maybe i don't know how to adjust) :). I think that is the case in almost all hostels here.

Nice little place away from the bustle of downtown, but close enough. 10 minute tricycle ride to center of town. Coffee shop on premises.

The lobby is outside next to the main road and it is very loud sometimes.

Value for money.

- Unfortunately, there was a burst water pipe so there wasn’t water for a few hours however they were speedy in getting someone out and to fit the problem. - Bed sheet was small and didn’t fit the bed and needed more sheets on the bed. - breakfast was very underwhelming - Very dust room
