I had a really lovely experience at Point 303 Resort. Admittedly, I was a bit concerned before arriving after reading some of the reviews — but from the moment I got there, I was pleasantly surprised and immediately put at ease. The location is unbeatable, right across the road from Cloud 9, making it perfect for surfers and beach lovers alike. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, and the pool, bar, restaurant, and common areas were all clean and well-maintained. The gardens were lush and beautifully kept, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home during my two-week stay. I had no issues with the Wi-Fi, which worked perfectly from my room and other areas of resort. Overall, it was a very affordable stay with great value for money. I also had the chance to meet the owners, who were absolutely lovely. I can’t wait to come back — either to Point 303 or to their sister property, Ocean 101!

Not much. I didn’t have a tv in my room, but I don’t watch tv anyway, I assume others would.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, perfectly located right in front of the Cloud 9 surfing spot. The room was clean, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay. We loved the warm and friendly staff, especially the reception guy from the night shift who greeted us always with smiles. We are looking forward to our next visit!"

We had the deluxe room and the wifi was not working in this side of the building.

Room had view on cloud9 surfbreak, when the guest in the room above me checked out I asked that I could move into that room and I got an even better view. On top of the building is a rooftop bar they open only for special events, this is the best place to check the surf. The poolbar is amazing. The kitchen staff is the best and the food although a bit more expensive than the street food is worth it because it is super yum. They have a shop, and reception desk can organise everything including airport transport etc. This place is very convenient everything is right there.

Internet can be somewhat slow at peak times in some rooms but I think this is more a general problem on the whole island than specific to the hotel. They do not have a safe in the room for keeping valuables. This hotel has no beach front acces, it is on the other side of the road and when you enter the beach via the Cloud9 acces gate some government officials ask for a 100php environmental fee.

The best location in Siargao for cloud9. The accommodation is good, I wasn’t expecting any exceptionals, one room, there’s hot water, shower, towels. Bring your own toothbrush/ shampoos etc or buy it at the shop that’s right beside the hotel. Staff is amazing and helpful. If I comeback to Siargao I’ll stay there again.

There were ants in my room and toilet a lot, but not on my bed so it’s okay.

Really good location and nice staff.

Restaurant is not really good mosty because within two minutes walking you have really good resturants and cafe. The swimming pool was close and nobody told me before I arrived so I pay a place with pool bar and all of it was close. Overall a good place that needs a bit more work to be perfect.

The staff as always was wonderful, accomodating and attentive. The location is near Cloud Nine.

The pool was my favorite the last time we stayed. But currently it's under construction. Hopefully when I come back next time it's done ☺️☺️

Excellent Staff.

I like hot hot water for showers and the little unit was only hot. Not hot hot. But not a real big deal - great place - will stay again.

The location is great, we were near Cloud 9 so we can easily go to the surfing area. The swimming pool is great, we had a great time swimming and drinking. The staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful.
