Punta Punta is such a unique property and we had an incredible stay! I was blown away by the details in the room and bathroom- very aesthetic! The grounds were also beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We had quite a few meals at the property which were light and healthy and everything was delicious. Although the property is a bit further from town, we had a scooter which made it a quick trip to go anywhere. Also, the Tuk Tuk to town is very affordable and can be arranged by the team. I highly recommend the property and would stay again.

Unique property, lush landscape, beautiful outdoor bathroom, delicious healthy food

A wonderful, beautiful accommodation. The rooms (especially the deluxe room) is worth every penny. Everything is clean and decorated with love. I spent 7 days at Punta Punta and it was the most beautiful stay during my 5 week trip. Besides the incredibly delicious breakfast (bowl, buritto, fruits etc.) at a super fair price, the two owners made your stay unforgettable. In the evening you can make yourself comfortable with food (you can also order yourself) and end the day with a beer or cocktail. Upon arrival, a scooter is organized and even brought to the accommodation, if possible. it’s only a five minute ride to the city, so everything is super close. Also otherwise, they make an incredible effort to help you in all matters. If you want to make a tour, they organize everything and pick you up at your accommodation. If you want to make an excursion yourself, they give you lots of tips on what to do. For surfing Eze takes you to very nice spots where you can surf almost alone. If you need a surf guide, two friends of the two are available. Gina offers Pilatis courses, which are held on site. Should you want to end the day with a massage, this can also be taken in the accommodation. I came as a guest and it ended up feeling like family. Almost all guests want to extend their stay, so book an extra night right from the start, you won't regret it.

Amazing locatio and room!

No beach, not possible to swimm

Location was great, far away enough from general luna that it was quiet and relaxing, but close enough that it was a short scooter ride to get there. The staff was wonderful and caring. The facilities and grounds were lovely. The food at the resort was so yummy, I highly recommend the ramen! We made a package prior to arrival; surfing, massage and yoga along with meals and it was fairly priced and made our stay even better. We will come back again!

Beautiful property right on the water just a little way from General Luna. The view from our room was stunning and the aesthetic of the place is really lovely. They also had really tasty smoothies and snacks for a reasonable price. Staff were also really nice.

A lot of construction happening on the property from about 7am onwards which definitely disturbed the peaceful feel. Also we stayed for 2 nights and no one cleaned our bathroom/emptied the bin at all in this time which was a little surprising and felt unhygienic seeing as you can’t flush toilet paper.

I stayed in the tent. It's very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was great and clean. I particularly appreciated the fact that when I came back from my surf lessons at around 10, the room was already done. Facilities are also good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The place is relatively quiet, the other guests were couples and there was not much going on at night. If you want a quiet place, away from the party scene in General Luna but at the same time not too far (10 mins by motorbike) this is the perfect spot.

While the food I had was very good, they didn't have fresh fruit for 2 days. Since I wanted it, I had to go outside to have breakfast.

Punta Punta was a beautiful retreat with lovely staff and incredible ocean front views from your room! Rooms are extremely clean and large, with high-quality bedding that we haven't seen from other hotels on the island. Their surf guide/instructor, Jasper, is great at what he does and will take you out to some amazing spots. Do yourself a favour and have a massage from their recommended masseuse, Bambi. She is unbelievably good and was one of the best parts of our stay!

The hotel is located just out of the main town centre. Perfect if you're looking for quiet and private spaces. Having our own scooter was a must for easy access to town.

The location is beautiful, overlooking the palm trees and sea from your bed is an experience you cant match. The breakfast options are amazing and very delicious, I rarely find places where I can get oat milk in my coffee (even in Europe) and Punta Punta is one of them. The room is comfortable, clean and with an amazing view. We felt a bit sick one of the days and it was not a punishment to spend the day on the premises, either napping in the room or on the sunbeds in the garden.

There is no warm water in the shower. This sounds a bit spoiled, but for me this is a deal breaker. We initially had 6 days booked here and when we read the reviews about warm water, we reduced our stay to 3 days.

The food was some of the best we had in the General Luna area. We found it filling, healthy, and a perfect way to replenish ourselves between surf sessions. You can tell a lot of effort was made in crafting the menu. Additionally, the staff were kind and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A special shout-out to Nayim for being so positive and helpful.

Nothing - everything was great.

The villa is spaceous, airy and very homey. I love how isolated it is from all the parties and goings-on in GL. The property has a very serene essence to it. Will definitely book again but with a smaller number next time.

We were a party of 6 in the 2 bedroom villa that only has one bathroom. Also the place for its size has the tiniest AC to cover the 2nd floor and the living and kitchen area, can’t really get cool quick enough if you want to. The only saving grace is the closed in bedroom in the bottom floor that traps the coolness in with its own AC.
