The staff were friendly and professional, and the location is excellent. Ample parking was available, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms were fantastic, with strong hot water and complete amenities including fresh towels. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and having a casino added a fun nightlife option. Being close to malls and in the heart of General Santos, the hotel offers a big-city experience on par with top hotels in Manila. If you’re visiting General Santos, this is the place to stay to truly feel the metropolitan vibe.

Honestly, nothing to complain about—everything exceeded expectations.

The location was good it was very clean and spacious.

The shower could be better. The staff in the restaurant and bar were on auto pilot. Yes polite with yes sir thank you sir. But no engagement. For example my friend ordered another drink and the bar guy has to travel to the back to retrieve. However my drink was empty. Instead of asking me if I’d like one two I had to call him back sarcastically saying it’s okay I don’t want another my friend. Which caused more confusion. The waitresses are the same. Auto pilot, they pick one word out of your sentence and immediately think that’s what you’re asking. Even when I’m speaking really slow and clear English. No one was rude but I felt like they were doing the bare minimum to get through the shift.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious. Good facilites such as gym and pool which is convenient in our trip. The hotel staff is amazing. Parking space is good.

There was a power shortage twice when we were there but the generator was quick. Although if you’re using the wifi for work, with power shortage like this, it might affect greatly as wifi was gone for a period of time. The restaurant (which the food is superb) staff lacks kindness and promptness. We waited 40 mins for our bill to arrive, despite our continuous attempt to ask as it was late in the evening already. We ended up asking the hotel to charge it in our room as we couldn’t wait anymore. The next day, the restaurant staff gave us a short change (good thing we double checked it). No apologies were given in both incident.

We had the most fantastic dinner at the hotel's restaurant! We were spoilt for choice - the best dishes from the chain's different locations. We settled on 3 dishes that were all spectacular. We would return to Gen San just to eat there again and try all the other dishes! After dinner, we had a massage at the spa and it was a perfect ending to a quick stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and very well furnished. The staff were all very well trained, very relaxed and super efficient.

At around 11PM, there was suddenly very loud music blaring from what seemed like across the street. I called up the concierge and they said it was coming from a bar next to the hotel. The noise was so loud that the night duty manager arranged to transfer me to a different room just so I could sleep. It was very kind of them but really, the hotel needs to fix this problem. This bar should not be allowed to operate next to the city's best hotel and cause problems to its operations.

Hotel was close to shopping malls, front desk and bellman were pleasant to speak with. We were given an upgrade to our room and the bed was a little softer then our previous stay. Also the Wi-Fi connection was good.

When we ate at the hotel for breakfast it seem like the staff working wasn’t very pleasant or customer service orient. When items ran out I had to go find someone to let them know about it. Also the staff working that days we went didn’t seem friendly during the times we went.

This is new hotel, fully meeting a 4-stars standard. The rooms are large and well designed, with large bathrooms, beds and in general very comfortable. Location is just next from Robinson Mall and at walking distance from rest of shopping area of General Santos. Good restaurant and bar. Excellent swimming pool. High standard of common facilities.

There are a few small design flaws in the building. One is noise insulation of the rooms, that is not adequate, particularly from outside noise, but also room-to-room. The water pressure in bathroom is a bit low. The ventilation system of the bathroom is not sufficient and for some reason the smell in the bathrooms is not pleasant. Not big issues, but the above aspects could had been better.

This hotel is a very nice and clean hotel. The rooms were very specious, The lobby, rooms, and facilities are that of a hotel that takes pride in where they work. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful, polite, and accommodating to requests. The location of this hotel is right next to a mini mall which is very convenient.

I'm pretty sure this was a one off, but during one of my stays one of the rooms that I was given had a very foul smell, I can't quite describe it, but it smelled as if the room had not been aired out for years. After I notified the staff, they came in, opened up all the windows and sprayed some air fresheners. The room smelled ok after about 30 minutes.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, great shower, easy to find location, big shopping malls such as KCC and SM are nearby. Very welcoming staff. In-house restaurant offered good quality food. Breakfast was not included in the room price and a bit expensive, didn't try it.

Big TV inside the room but no channels were working at all while we were there. No Netflix. A bit disappointing when the room entertainment doesn't function well.

Beds are very comfortable Gym and pool access The manager-on-duty was very apologetic for the incident, & made up by writing an apology note & giving us some pastries. We thought it was a very kind gesture on his part.

When we checked-in & paid, we claimed for a senior discount. Upon processing our payment, they did not return our cards. Since it was an early check-in & our room was not ready yet, we grabbed lunch outside of the hotel. When we were about to pay for the lunch bill, we realized we didn't have our senior cards with us. Good thing we had a digital copy on our phones. In addition, they promised to notify us once the room was ready but never did. We waited until past 2pm, and just went back to the hotel.

I don't know if it is one of the best Hotels of GenSan... But it is one of the best Hotels i had in the Philippines'! Everything new, nearly everything on international standard. You can also stay on the breakfast if you are european/german, it is good enough to enjoy you some days. If You are American, British or Philippino, it might be the best breakfast you had for long times! Location is great, Rumors just opposite, Mall to the right, City close. Great cocktail's, don't miss their signature drinks!

Same like every facility in the philippines... they don't maintain their things. Shower sink was nearly blocked, so after 2 showers (couple) the water rinse to the bathroom. All areas in contact with water (Sink, Shower in the room, showers at the pool, lays in the pool...) are already heavy calcified... and the hotel is only fully opened for something like a year. But in general, everything ist clean, specially compared to other philippino places! Very silly on times of global warming: The whole building is black, so more heat in the city/pool and more electric bill.
