- good location, walking distance to most important places in Gensan - very nice and flexible staff, they allowed me to early check in and late check out - bed was very comfortable - room is spacious, clean, with tv, aircon, kettle

Its nothing negative as it was ok for me, but: - hot water depends on sun, no electric heater here to have it 24h - construction site is just next door but in 5 days they woke me up only once. In general its not noisy

I booked 10 minutes before i arrived the property. I was accommodated by the caretaker, just present the confirmation bookings. Location is just a 3 minute walk from the main road and city center. Room is great, well lit, it has a pantry, clean toilet/shower. Clean sheets and towels. Bed is clean and the best of its kind. Aircon is good and working. It has a tv, but never have a chance to turn it on. I did have a great stay. A little soap and shampoo would be better as well, a suggestion. In total, its a great booking considering the affordable price i paid for it. Thanks.

Clean, comfy, and nice-smelling room in a quiet location that's within walking distance of the malls, etc. There's a new AC, strong bidet, hot shower, and an electric kettle. They also serve good, inexpensive food. Will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Gensan.

What I dont like is the bathroom has a lot of ants inside. Another, there's a lot of mosquitos. Kahit iihi ka lang, puno kana ng kagat ng lamok. Kahit sa bed area, good thing may off lotion akong dala for kids.

The place was very spacious and the toilet was really clean. What we liked about it also was that it was very accessible to restaurants and 2 malls. Peaceful community and very affordable for groups. Highly recommended.

Very accesible in the heart of Gensan. Perfect for business or leisure trip to the Tuna Capital. Location wise, very good. Walking distance to Starbucks and Gaisano Mall

I like the cleanliness of the huge room. I had a very comfortable sleep after my tour. I also like the location as it is near Gaisano Mall and just a walking distance to SM, KCC and Robinsons.

A walking Distance from G-Mall Gensan. It is not just a room. It has bathroom, mini kitchen, and a dining table. It is more spacious and clean. Very comfortable to stay with. Approachable owner and safe to stay for a night.
