I really enjoyed my short stay here. I'd stayed at a much newer hotel a few days prior to this but the Greenleaf was far better in my view and well worth the extra few pesos I paid. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable and the bathroom functional with good amenities. Yes, if you look very closely you can identify things that are aging and are slightly damaged but I think housekeeping/maintenance is doing a good job in trying to keep the standard up. They have at least three restaurants on site. The Japanese is very good as is the breakfast in the cafe. We also tried their spa which was pretty good and fairly priced. A number of their staff were really delightful and well trained. I'd definitely choose to stay here on a future visit.

The Chinese restaurant could pick its standards up a bit as the food wasn't that authentic and the staff struggled to clear tables and react to customers and the service was very slow. To be fair they had a big group turn up just after us which stretched them. At about 8am they started playing loud music in the corridor which could clearly be heard in the bedroom. A shame as I would have liked a lie in after a tiring journey but it wasn't to be.

The hotel was beautiful and airy , and entrance going up to the lobby and lobby itself very welcoming. Location was perfect , so convenient and a few steps away from restaurants and shopping. Greenleaf Hotel customer service was excellent. The entire Staff was very professional, attentive , courteous and most of all , very pleasant and helpful -from the Front Desk, Concierge, waiters at their restaurants, Security Guards, etc.. Housekeeping was very prompt when we needed something. The room was comfortable. Our experience at the Mint Café where we had the delicious breakfast (included with our stay) was also very pleasant. The food was good! They also had free shuttle to and from the airport. Coincidentally, it was their 10th year anniversary , and we were lucky to be able to take part in the celebration with entertainment and fireworks.They offered hors d’oeuvres and drinks for free to celebrate the occasion. Will surely be back and highly recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Exceptionally very clean and the staff were amazing, courteous and respectful. The stay was enjoyable. The only thing I can say about the swimming pool was to close to the public. No privacy if you are relaxing and swimming.

Service oriented staffs. Everyone were very accomodating with all our requests.. I have work in the hospitality industry myself - Dubai and Norway and I am happy to find a hotel in General Santos were service is exceptional and facilities are highly satisfactory.

Very nice ambition all over the place, very exciting room interiors mirrors around the bed. Brilliant breakfast buffet a safe place wherever you go. Plenty of movie and international TV channels. Huge room and spacious dream sleeper bed. Free gym

Not all foods displayed in the lobby are available in all the restaurants. Breakfast (eggs and rice) was not hot on buffet line. It didn't appear the main restaurant on ground floor was using food warmers to keep breakfast buffet food hot.

It's obvious that the management of this wonderful hotel cared about the previous feedback of their guests. All the staff speak with the same unique voice. Everything is perfect… but when it's not, just need to ask and the staff make everything possible to make it great.
