good location. just beside a mall.

it’s an old and rundown hotel. The rooms (we booked 2) especially curtains have a distinct stench which I suspect a combination of smoke, urine, sweat and other bodily human fluids. we were from a very long trip so we were exhausted and slept through the bad odor (we wore medical-grade masks). the toilet/bathroom were dirty and dark. not recommended for families as i believe this is where illegitimate couples have sx… When we were there, we encountered a Filipino man walking down the hallway wearing only boxer shorts and stared at us. It’s very embarrassing. the WiFi isn’t strong enough if you’re thinking of working from this hotel. my brother had to go to a co-working space for proper internet connection.

Go Hotel Iloilo punches far above its weight. The physical facilities, including the lobby, the hallways and the elevators are clean and spacious. Our room, 431 was modest in size but excellent for the price. The bed and bedding was very deluxe. The air conditioning was good and we were able to control the temperature in the room to our liking.

A breakfast is offered for an additional charge. We don’t recommend it. There is a Starbucks adjacent, which opens at 7 AM, overpriced as usual. If you have your own car getting a parking place can involve a wait.

I love how affordable the rates are which is great for its approximate location (center of the city). The rooms are nice and well-kept by the outstanding staff. They cleaned our room everyday (stayed there for 3 nights).

No toiletries (esp complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste). There's a leak on the air-conditioning unit which made it so uncomfortable because of the water mold/marks it made on the ceiling and the floor. Do not book 3rd floor room (the view is blocked). Requested for an upper floor room, but disappointed for what they gave me.

I like the place's location. It was very accessible to all, just beside Rob and a one way to Maritime Museum. It's located in the City Proper. This is what I really like the most, the location. I felt safe when I was there.

Hmmm. Nothing aside from the second day when we put a sign to clean the room but when we returned, it was not clean then later on a housekeeper asked us if we still wanted to clean the room, I declined coz I was very tired. But it was okay, still manageable.

Although there are a few things we could complain about, the Go Hotel Iloilo is the best value in Iloilo. The queen sized bed and bedding were outstanding, as was the air conditioning. The location in one of Iloilo‘s large shopping malls offers lots of dining options and a refuge in case of bad weather.

The faucet in our room was broken. On the other hand, the room had recently been repainted and so had a good look.

Hotel is im the same building of Robinsons mall, Very good location to access everything nearby, professional staff and i got immediate response with polite manners from them for each calls. Recommend to manage a room checklist to make sure all the facilities are available in room on each and every time they clean the room, so that guest can avoid calling reception for every thing. Water kettle was dirty and when i called they immediately replaced it Management must involve to renovate the linen, floor, shower, furnitures. Its good value for money

I like the location as it is near to my conference venue, specialty shops and restaurants. There is also a choice for breakfast with a healthy option of veggies; and you can have it delivered at the designated time if you wanted to catch up an appointment in the early morning.

I did not like the smell of my bedsheets, pillow cases and blanket, though, as they smelled mouldy or musty.

The room is cozy, although just the "basics" were there, the location was good. Overall, still a convenient and good experience for a week in Iloilo.

Housekeeping was just very limited and difficult to request on bed sheet replacement (when you had your red day and accidentally left a spot) had to wait and follow up to be able to get replacement the following day. Some issues too with the elevator but gladly there was a service elevator available. A portion of the room near aircon had small leak. Please don't expect a good WIFI signal as well.

Location is the best reason to book the hotel as it is literally attached to the mall and could easily get supplies needed everyday. Room is average size but comfortable for my stay. WiFi worked well.
