Signage is not quite visible if the taxi is not familiar with hotel location

Accessible restaurant at the ground floor. AC is working fine. Kinda decent for its price.

CR didn't have a flush. Bed mattress were too firm, would have been nice if it were a little soft.

False ads. It is not like what they advertise. It's a pension house, an old building, with unused/antique furnitures..stairs and lobby is not presentable

Flush in the cr, a bit difficult to flush when I pooped.

Staff on duty upon arrival is very accommodating, he takes note about customer concerns and complaints.

The room is unpleasant, no TV on the first room. After transferring to another room, no hot and cold but worst no shower.. The pillow is not soft, but old, and matress are not conducive for rest, th foam is only 2 inches..

The price and proximity to Plaza La Paz is okay. Friendly people. Rooster and chicken cackling in the morning. Maybe a backyard is just near the room we stayed in

RedDoorz is poorly maintained. It has a television but not wokring, it has minimal access to electrical outlets, charging phone is a challenge. the ambience of the place is not welcoming. Friendly staff but maybe lacks training.
