I like the design of the building because it is really like the Spanish era. I love the vibes and their spacious, clean rooms. I also thank the staff who actually waited for our arrival even if it was already midnight. Thank you so much. ♥️

The location because to be honest, we got lost first because the google map gave us wrong directions (it gave us the other way where we enter to their neighborhood with very narrow, and non-concrete road). We arrived at midnight so it was really a frustrating experience because we really wanted to rest from a very long roadtrip.

The management is exceptionally accommodating and helpful, the staff is very efficient and knowledgeable, the location is ideal to reach Univ. of Santo Tomas and on a jeepney route to downtown and the malls, and I loved ordering take-out and eating at picnic tables in the courtyard that also services the coffee shop and brew pub that are on the ground level. My room (Rm. 5) had a balcony doors that opened to a magnificent view of Mt. Mayon, the iconic volcano just north of Legazpi.

When it was time to check out, I couldn’t find anyone at reception to notify that the room was vacated. I didn’t want to leave the room with the key in it, so I gave my room key to someone else staying at the hotel to return to the front office/reception. My suggestion is to post a sign in the reception area when no one will be around for awhile.

We have been backpacking for a month around Philippines so we slept mostly in cheap hostels. This accomodation was a luxury for us. Our room were very spacious, the facilities still looks new, we love the solid wood materials they used for the rooms. Rooms are soundproof so you wouldn't be woken up by the highway noises or dogs barking. You can watch netflix as well. Location is not near city center but we prefer it that way as we want to be far from the chaos.

There's not enough queen bed rooms; We booked a twin room since that was the only available. No roof deck to look at Mayon Volcano, they have a room that have balcony but was unavailable too.

It’s clean and comfortable beds and the room was so spacious. We had two single beds and it was just perfect. It gave a homey feel even if the room was so big, there was still coziness. There was hot shower which we really loved and the bathroom was very neat. If not for our schedule we would’ve stayed longer to witness Mayon from there. We’re definitely going back to P&B the next time we’re in Legazpi!

Just the rough road from the main highway. At night for first timers it is a little difficult to find.

Big, spacious, comfy room. Room 5 has view of Mt Mayon and you could see the lava flowing down at night. Rather magical. Aircon and bed were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The owner also recommended lots of great things to do in other cities.

The location wasn't listed on grab maps so it was a bit harder to get a grabcar booking. It is however listed on google maps. The location is a bit away from the city centre but it's alright if you have a car/bike

New property and super clean. Staffs were friendly and easy to respond. Kuya White is so good in maintaining the grass. Hope they can have more rooms facing the 🌋.

The noise from other rooms. Someone was banging at the top floor one night and my friend can't sleep.

Place was clean and quiet. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Bathrooms were very clean and had basic amenities.

The place has no restaurant, so it was a challenge to get food - for breakfast at least.

The location is ideal for access to University of Santo Tomas - Legazpi. Staff is friendly, facilities are clean, and room rate is fair. I recommend highly.

No late-check-out grace period. If you want to stay longer than official check-out time, there's a fee of PHP 150 per hour. Many hotels offer a one-hour late check-out on request.

Location is close to major tourist attractions in Bicol. Value for money. Price is reasonable for family travellers
