You booked this place because you were looking for a budget room. If you don't like it here, then you should have booked a much more expensive place in the first place. For a Filipino budget single room, it's excellent. Small room, but comfortable and practical set up. Attached bathroom, table and a chair, hooks, hot shower, towel, soap and shampoo supplied. Everything is spotlessly clean. The rooms all open up to a common balcony. Lots of charging outlets, also by the bed, and there's a shelf there to put your things on. Excellent WiFi. Very friendly staff who speak good English. Nice restaurant/ bar area, where they also sell all sorts of snacks and any essentials you might need. It's a bit far from the bus station, but don't complain about the lack of tricycles on the road outside. Tricycles are on GRAB in this town!

The designated smoking area was pathetic! I just happened to find out, but the good rooms are where the hotel is marked on the maps, while the budget rooms are in the Annex/extension/subdivision marked on the map as Guevarra restaurant, 200 meters down the street...and that's where the restaurant is as well. Need to clarify this on the web page.

We spent 3 nights here on family vacation and I must say that everything was good. The location of the hotel is quite close to SM Legazpi and the famous carinderia in town, which is called JOLLIKOD (SA LIKOD NG JOLLIBEE) Fast internet, cable TV, complete bath towels, and may toilet paper also. Mabilis lumamig yung AC. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a vacation, business trip, etc.

The location is bot the best in terms of access as the road leading to the property is too narrow, and dark at night, we always missed the driveway as the signage light is off but overall it is good value for money for sgort stays. I dont know about commuting issues but as I could imagine you have to have a fair bit from the main road and considering the heat plus the rough road pulling your luggages, exhaustion is an issue I guess

I booked this place for my hubby and his colleague for a work-related trip. per to them, the place is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended! The only minor issue was the weak water pressure in the shower. Also, they accept late check-in, they reached the facility like 1:00AM They also mentioned that the tapsilog was tasty and affordable, and the parking area felt safe and secure

Worth the price. location is few walks from the main road, clean rooms, staff were courteous... very homey ang place. Food is also great. Kung nagtitipid ka, the best place to stay. Small ang room kng for 2 persons, pero kng di ka maarte, ok na. May hot and cold shower, may towels and soap na rin. Great. We will go back again.

Light is dim lalo na sa cr and not spacious enough kc walang table na malaki where i can do my paper works at night.

Great stay and excellent value! An excellent deal for a comfortable stay in Legazpi City. I stayed here before and after a trip to Donsol from the bus station. The room and the facility are comfortable and spacious, and all the staff are super friendly. Wifi is strong, place is spotless. Real strong AC too. The location is primo too, a short walk from the bus terminal, the SM mall, everything you'll need. Lots of jeepneys and tricycles too.

Relatively close to the SM Mall and the Bus Terminal. That was good. The air con and hot water were also good. The staff was lovely, and they provided transportation when the room location was different from the official address in Booking.com, plus kept my bags safe while I was out and about hiking.

you’ll other rooms staff and what they are doing on my case heard other room doing (kababalaghan) I don’t know if the know that the room is not soundproof so you will hear them doing their thing and they are too loud. so for that I can’t sleep I think next time if there are few people in the place make an interval for the rooms like I’m on 201 for the next possibly place them to 203 so the noice will be lessen since there are only few visitors

The place was near downtown Legazpi, accessible via trike and jeepney. Was also able to walk from the inn to downtown.

They don't have service water and drinking glass. We have to buy disposable glass so we can drink. Anyway, it was understandable because it's an inn, not a hotel.

I liked that Parmview 2 is close to a self service laundry shop, SM legazpi, & a Korean convenience store. The room is exactly what is advertised! The room was clean, had a hot and cold shower, and the tv was a smart tv. Staff were very helpful and accommodating too.

Bathroom had no tissue paper provided Table/desk was at a close to a point of falling. Overall, it was still a good place to stay.
