For the price, this was a surprisingly good hotel. The style and decor are very tasteful and modern, specially the dining rooms (the bedrooms are more basic). The food was great (try their Laing!), and got a simple but very substantial buffet breakfast. Staff were very pleasant to deal with.

The hotel needs to repair and refurbish some of its facilities. The first room we were given had a defective keycard slot, which caused the aircon to turn off by itself every few minutes. We were immediately given another room, however this one had a defective keycard reader; to get back in after breakfast, we had to ask the staff to get us a physical key. While we were informed of this beforehand when transferred, and were ok with it, it does show the hotel needs more timely maintenance.

The buffet breakfast is superb bcoz the menu changes everyday, the hotel is clean, the bed is comfy, and the staff are kind and accommodating. The location is good bcoz it is accessible to public transport and convenience store, restaurants and carenderia if you want to try local foods. The environment is peaceful and safe even during late night.

The internet is slow and sometimes the connection is lost, I recommend to put a hair dryer and electric pot inside the room for the convenience of the guest especially those who are coffee lover.

We stayed here from May13-15,2024 .The Clealinest is Superb. Everywhere in the hotel was absolutely fantastic super clean. Bed is comfortable They're even have hot water in the shower. The breakfast is Excellent. Very generous serving with different selection of food everyday. The Staff is so friendly and very accommodating. They give 100% customer service. This hotel is 2Star** hotel but the service is for 5Star* This hotel should level up to 5*. The location is excellent too. The area has a lot shops restaurants and even drugs stores. 10mins to SM Mall Bicol via a tricycle (public transport) I would be happy to recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Legaspi Albay Bicol.

the room, bedsheets, bathroom were clean. all the staff were helpful and accommodating. they helped us locate Mayon Gold, a chocolate factory,not seen in Waze and Google maps. they extended much effort for us to be able to go there. they were efficient in their front desk and kitchen staff because they prepared sandwiches for our breakfast because we left at 2am. the comfortable room was neat and tidy. the bathroom had hot water🥰🙏 it was worth every centavo......a must stay in Bicol🥰🙏

The rooms was very clean though the one I got was not too spacious, I was staying alone so it was good. The bathroom was also clean! My room included a breakfast buffet. Above all things, the staff was so accommodating. They were able to check me in immediately even if I came before the check-in time. They also allowed me to leave my luggage after I checked out since my flight back to Manila was in the evening.

It's not located in a busy street (behind the main road) but I guess that's not actually a bad thing because it was peaceful at night! Other than that, everything was perfect!

Beautiful hotel on a quiet road away from the noise. Room was spacious and had a large comfortable bed. The bathroom facilities were great and everything worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful and their smiles always brightened up our day, very professional. The restaurant, which we used for breakfast and also dinner is very classy. The food was outstanding. Try their Bicol express, very delicious! Hired a motorbike on our second day and they have a side parking area with a locked gate, very secure. Good location, 3 min walk to Jolibee and nearby supermarkets.

Very good location and helpful staff. The room was very nice and the breakfast was great too. Good facilities including shower and aircon.

There was a confusion with the check-in process which was Booking.com's fault. Please note that the confirmation you receive from Booking.com is just that - a confirmation. You still have to pay the full amount at the reception which is a bit annoying and time consuming. Please make sure that you have the cash/card to pay at the reception.

I like their breakfast it is buffet and good food and most importantly it is healthy breakfast. The Dining area / restaurant is clean. room is big for 2 pax. we stayed on deluxe room. Hot rain shower is perfect. :) And its near to everything. And I requested for check out. They charge 150 per hour. but they allowed without charge. Very nice lady in reception from check in to check out.

Has all the basics you need. The staff are excellent and very helpful. Near food places and the main roads where you can get transport to the tourist sights.

Takes a while to manage the room temperature with the air conditioning, and the blanket is really thin.I had to cool the room hours prior to sleeping then put it to fan mode. But I’d wake up sweating. It’s a hit and miss! But that’s probably just me. Otherwise, everything else was superb!

Overall, During our stay my expectations were exceeded. It was very excellent when we were accommodated by Mr. Sammer. He's very soft spoken and a good communicator. Lastly, their staff was very trustworthy when my fiancè left his pants in our room, called them up after 2 days to inform them that he left it. The front desk informed us that it was returned by housekeeping and kept them in a safe place. So, I would like to give them a 5 Stars for a job well done.

The internet was a bit slow and wasn't reached in our room maybe because of the area. Hope you'll have another net that can be reached in any area of the room.
