The properly was surprising very well appointed and nicely designed from a residence to now a bed and breakfast place. We needed a place with 8 beds and we fortunately got 4 rooms at Casa Roces. The property’s centrally located and close to restaurants open 24/7 without being in the main streets that could be noisy. One last thing that is a much appreciated is Marisa, the staff of Casa who’s welcoming, helpful and very attentive to our needs!

A very minor issue are the toiletries provided which included most things a person would need except for a tiny soap that was included in the kit. It’s not usable for a shower. It’s enough to wash ones face but it breaks right away when used in the shower.

Location was great and staff were wonderful and helpful! Ms. Merley helped us booked our ATV tour. It rained on and off the whole time we were there but, we had a blast with the ATV tour and the staff made us really feel welcome. They attended to our needs and they even lend us umbrellas! Maraming salamat Ms. Merley, Ms. Shirley and Miss Kim.

There's no hair dryer (although they lend me one) and extra toilet rolls. The water heater didn't really warm up the water in the shower. It was ok for us but, it might still be cold for others.

staffs are amazing, easy to talk with, they always have suggestions to make your stay and your holiday even better, they really look after us for our comfort, I mess up my booking and almost ruined my holiday because of the previous hostel, and have to transfer early about 7am to Casa RocesI l got my 2 kids with me, and massive luggage, they allow me to leave my stuff (not my kids) :) so I can continue my escapade without delay, we really enjoyed our stay indeed, ambiance’ are amazing native touch of cultural heritage, and a secure place, you will feel safe during your stay.

in my room WiFi is a little bit weak but at the lounge which is very homely, if you need to access or work on your laptop, it is very convenient in the lounge, strong signal,

The location is good - near Jollibee, Robinsons and other restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful. Very homey.

The water pressure is too low, it was difficult to take shower even in the evening. Hotel should also put remote control for AC. I keep waking up to turn off or lower/increase temperature.

All the staff are very friendly, approachable, and responsive to any requests I made. The hotel also agreed to refund me when I had to leave early due to the typhoon.

Need to check the internet as it keeps turning off especially in the evening.

Location was tops. Value for money too! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, kudos to Lyn of the front desk who would do her best to accommodate your requests.

When there are not too many guests, it looks like they would not use the lobby and dining hall airconditioner. The TV was not smart, nothing to watch on local cable. They had limited parking space.

Location is convenient near fastfood, pharmacy and grocery. Staff are very helpful and they always provide me with whatever I need (iced water, kettle etc)

Water pressure needs to be improved.

The property near touristic spots. The place is cozy, we felt at home. the staff were superb and courteous. they even gave us tips on where to buy souvenirs. we arrived 30 mins earlier than the usual check in but they allowed us to enter our room.

the water pressure in the toilet, shower and sink were weak. there were instances when no water is coming out of the shower. this can be improved on.
