The breakfast was good. First day was Tocilog, 2nd daw was Longsilog then 3rd day was Hotsilog. There is a free coffee for every guest, frre purified water. Towels are included except for shampoo, toothpaste and soap. But there is a hot and cold shower. Water pressure is good. Parking is also free. The SM City Legazpi is very near or just a walking diatance from the hotel. Its also near the Museo De Legapzpi, near St Gregory The Great Cathedral, near market and even near Bicol Historical Park. The staff ate Anne was very helpful and friendly. The best thing is that you can already see the Mayon Volcano from the windows of the dining area at the second floor.
May be the bathroom is little small but its ok.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room are clean. Good clean bathroom with hot shower and bidet. Rates are good for those who are on a budget.
Pillows were not so good, a little bumpy. Throw pillows need a little more cleaning.

The staff especially the receptionist goes beyond to provide the needs of the customer.
-AC can still be improved. It was a bit old and temperature is not that cold even if its on high mode. -No restaurant

It's comfortable when we stay there.
Not really that I didn't like, but the management/staff has no communication with us. Such as, di kami ininform na "Ma'am, breakfast is ready" so khit nagprepare sila we were not informed.

Location was good. From our room we had a good view of mount Mayon. Staff where helpful and beds was comfortable. Big size room.

Near enough to SM City for dinner. Very accommodating staff. Has free basic breakfast. Comfortable beds.
Found a cockroach even though the room is clean. The shower heater was very inconsistent and probably defective.
