Room was great and spacious, though says you can cook but facilities for cooking weren't much, a microwave and toaster oven only. Bed was comfy. Pickup and drop off to airport was sensational. They were waiting as we exited, so that was a real plus! Supermarket, outlet stores and heaps of restaurants were just 5 minutes walk, as was the bus terminal if you wanted to get a bus to Cebu city (20php). The breakfast was included and was absolutely amazing! Masarap!

Was a little disappointed with the pool. Was smaller than I'd imagined from the photos. There weren't many lounges, and they were not great quality. Was more disappointed that there were signs in the elevator promoting the Pool Bar and cocktails, however it was never open.

A very comfortable and well equipped room (kettle, fridge, phone, hair-dryer, a comfy armchair, night lamps and sockets beside the bed), a small but functional bathroom. The hotel is located about 10 mins' ride from the airport, by the main road and offers free pick-up and drop-off. There is a supermarket and restaurants just round the corner. The personnel are very helpful and respectful, they helped me organise a friendly taxi driver for a day to do sightseeing in Mactan and Cebu, and I could also get a breakfast packet when leaving the hotel early in the morning. Besides, the hotel has a swimming pool, a very small one, that I could use, too. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is by the main road, so it gets very noisy, also at night. What I also found a bit disturbing was a very dim light both in the room and the bathroom, I would suggest using stronger bulbs.

Value for money hotel close to the airport . Very clean . Staff were friendly.

Thought the free shuttle to the airport was as you needed it but unfortunately for us , it was every two hours and we either had to miss breakfast to catch the 6am shuttle and arrive 3 hours before our flight or have breakfast and pay for a transfer. We chose the latter and they ordered us a private taxi . When he arrived, the hotel one and driver were just at the hotel , not really doing anything .

The entire stay was wonderful. The check-in process was quick and easy and even allowed for an earlier check-in. The room was very clean, well-maintained, large, and plenty of outlets located throughout the room (very rare to find in a hotel when traveling around Asia). The bed was comfortable (not the normal hard beds you find at most hotels), and the air conditioner worked great. The breakfast buffet had minimal food, but was decent tasting. I ordered room service, and the food was also decent. The pool was very clean and well-maintained the entire time we were there, and I enjoyed it very much. However, it is a bit small for the number of rooms they have there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The friendliest staff I have encountered yet at a hotel here in the Philippines.

The room service price for the food is a bit expensive. The breakfast selection was minimal. They do not limit the amount of people staying in one room. There was a family of 8+ people sharing a room next to us and it was very loud to where you could not sleep and double the amount of people meant for that room. There was so many of them in one room that when they used the pool, it was so chaotic and children running and screaming everywhere, and live streaming on their phones no one else could use the pool or even enjoy. I had to wait till they left to use the pool.

Can not fault our stay. We used Eloisa as a one night stay following our flight to rest before catching a boat the next morning. Excellent value for money, complimentary airport pick up that was there for us arriving. Our bed was super comfortable we had the best night sleep :) There is an outlet shopping village 5 mins away and massage shop next door! Amazing value for money.

My husband is a light sleeper and could hear the traffic, we were at the front room. I didn't hear the at all. Breakfast was OK but value for money we cannot complain. We would stay here again.

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home - from the pick up service at airport, to front desk help, to the dining staff - everyone is so friendly and kind. I have had to travel in and out of Cebu many times the past few years, and the staff has become like family to me, as they remember me every time I come.

Next time I will request a room that doesn't have a street facing view. The traffic noise can be loud at times.

The staff is super nice! Very accomodating talaga. Super helpful. The location is ideal if u wanted to be near the airport plus its right next to an outlet store for last minute shopping. Next to malls too. There is also a storage area for bags if ur early or late check in which is very convenient.

If you will be travelling for day tour.. this is far from cebu city and the amount of traffic is massive! So, just be mindful of your plans to prevent time wasting.

I like the staff, very welcoming, helpful, courteous. I like the facilities except for few things. I like that there are still staff deployed ready to help even on a night shift. 24hrs front desk. Free airport pickup

The bathroom hot and cold shower is difficult to control/or use. The lights are all dim, yellow like and I prefer white lights There's no door mat or rug The pillows are uncomfortable

We were upgraded to a suite which was terrific ! It was a complete one bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms , also a small kitchen right at the swimming pool and 30 second walk from the dining room . Also excellent buffet breakfast included and everyone friendly . It was way in the back so you get a golf cart ride each time you need to go to the reception or the street . So it was completely quiet . If you can afford it get the royal suites in back . .

There is a shower bathtub with a high tub side but to get in and out of the bathtub/shower is somewhat difficult and they simply must install a grab bar on the shower wall otherwise you always are at risk of slipping and falling and hurting yourself badly . All the rest was five star . Also the neighborhood it's located on to be honest is rather uninteresting and ugly and the street that you have to walk on is tiny and difficult to navigate because it's so narrow and filled with sometimes motorcycles and other things forcing you to walkout into the actual avenue in order to proceed . This is dangerous and bad .

Staff were great, breakfast very good, a good choice of dishes at the buffet. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. I always go on about pillows. If all hotels were like this hotel with great pillows, I'd be happy.

Misled in photo about size of pool, no way could you swim in it. I usually book hotels on their pool, this was a letdown. The reason it didn't meet expectations was because of the pool. I'm very disappointed. I wouldn't have booked if I know the size of pool. Hotels should not fake photos of the pool. Just be honest and say its somewhere to sit, not swim
