We are a couple travelling from Moal Boal to Mactan airport, departing early in the morning. We took a taxi from MB to Mactan, and wanted to relax a night before travelling. Crown Regency offered a choice of location and good affortable selection with location and cost. We did not look for spa, breakfast etc, but a good rest, which was offered here very well. Room was spacious and clean, air conditioning worked well. In the evening we had walk to Pueblo Verde -outlets, Southgate Mall, and Gaisano Grand Plaza -shopping center. Not very far, but no real pavements for pedestrians, so please be aware.

Our room had a kitchenette, which was not really in a condition to work with. A bit shabby, but not dirty etc.

I liked that it obviously used to be a higher end hotel based on furnishings, layout, interior design of the room. The rooms were spacious. It perfectly accommodated our large group. We booked 2 units of 3-room suites. I liked that there was a kitchennette. I loved that the aircon is very cold. I liked the beds, which were just the right softness and comfiness.The staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi was perfect; fast and full coverage. I would have loved to stay when it was newly built.

I didn't like that everything seemed to be falling apart. The kitchenette cabinet doors were askew, not all the light switches were working, the doorbell was not working. There was an oven and stove but there were no cooking tools/ utensils or pots/pans. There were no eating utensils or tableware except for the 3-4 coffee cups. The sofas and chairs were in dire need of reupholstery and vacuuming. I wish the management will try to revive it to its former glory.

Staff were friendly The family was room comfortable and spacious to my liking..hot and cold water was great.

The toilet bowl both common and mastsr bedroom not great when flushing you have to wait a while..the common toilet was fix by staff.. did not make a fuss for the master bedroom as common toilet was flushing ok..the Hotel itself needed some work done..but i understand due to poor business during pandimic..there is an offy smell along the corridor..like mould?? Master bedroom bath ceiling paint is coming off..small things like taps are not clean..needs stainless steel spray for scrubbing in order to shine Inclusive bfast was ok ..no buffet..no free shuttle bus to the airport but it was ok.. All in all the plus side ..close to the airport and staff were nice.. Hopefully will have some improvement in the near future..i will definitly come back with my family from the UK.

Great location for what we needed, to be close to family. Staff friendly and attentive. pool was nice, good for family's.

The rooms and hotel in places were in need of a bit attention, and Eating in the restaurant although the food and service was good, we found it slow at Breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast was good. Surroundings were clean and tidy. Everything's great.

The building front was kinda dark at night. I can't see any lights on. We were at AA Barbeque, can't even recognized where the hotel was.

We been to different hotels in Philippines and all their beds and pillows were rock hard. No toilet seats. We were glad that this hotel got the comfy soft bed and pillows,working a.c., toilet seats, spacious room, cater to American like us.

The hotel building and swimming pool is definitely dated and needs major TLC. Need better breakfast selections that's included in the hotel pckg.

It seems that the hotel is losing some of its amenities and is not being kept up as it has in the past. A great facility like this should be better taken care of.

Location was pretty good.

Did not answer messages. Tried to change dates and had to fully cancel reservation and wait for my refund (14 days) in order to add a single day to my stay.

Very convenience. They only concerned I have was the noise from the passers by vehicles since it’s right on the Main Street. The staff are all nice and they helped us all the way thru what we need and stuff.

Noise from the passers bye vechiles- building is just right around the main road.

The hotel was great & the staff were very helpful. Will be staying again but will pay a bit extra & have one of the higer up rooms.

The only issues were it is very close to a main road & night club so ut can be very load in the evening & there are some building work that starts at 6 in the morning. When I stay again I am going to pay a bit extra & get one of the higher up rooms.
