Got the double room but it was at the front of the hotel next to the main road Noisy with the traffic . Requested a room at the back but it seems to be only twin rooms . Decide to pay a small upgrade to get a room near the pool and restaurant. About 60 yards down the lane and away from the main road. Every thing was fine at room 101 are. The buffet breakfast was excellent . No more issues .

As said beware where your room is allocated.. Too noisy about the reception area due to the traffic on the main road .

The location was great, and room size was worth the value

The room was filled with roaches, no hot water, and the plumbing was bad. The shower has a very slow drain, the toilet didn't flush properly, and I had to have maintenance come and spray the. Room while I was there. I had 2 separate incidents with the roaches, both while entertaining company.

Very convenient as it is very close to the main airport, we also had our room rate with a shuttle service included , they also prepared our breakfast for take away as we had a really early flight, room was big and the bed is super comfy, everything is clean and staff is really sweet and friendly. Definitely worth it if you are planning to stay this side of the city close to the airport etc

Is not actually negative as its not the hotels fault-is just heads up that it is located kinda far from the actual center part of Cebu which is passed the bridge but if you dont mind the taxi rides then is great

There is an airport shuttle, but it is only included in the price of all the rooms you can book. Otherwise, it can also be ordered separately for currently P400 (one way). Alternatively, you can simply order a Grab taxi, which currently (February 2025) costs approximately P250 to P400. Breakfast can be added for about P300. Since I haven’t used it so far, I can’t comment on the quality or variety of the breakfast. Overall, I can recommend it. It is quiet and clean.

I like it, because the staffs were good. The room was clean, though when we arrived at night, the room was very hot. Just turn on the AC, and wait for few minutes and everything is well. The coffee and water were provided in each room were free. Other food stuffs are for sale. Though, you can bring foods bought outside, just don't bring durian fruit. The breakfast was good too. You can select from their small card menu. I have airport drop off service, but I forget to ask about it the night we arrived. Luckily, they still gave us a trip going to airport. Just a reminder for people having this service to not forget to arrange the time and date the day you arrive.

Just the room when we arrived was very hot.

The location was relatively close to the airport and was located within walking distance of a supermarket. The staff was great with accommodations for check-in times, really friendly, and made the process very smooth. The breakfast was really good! My experience over all was wonderful.

The pillows weren't the best quality, but they were manageable. There could have been a few more pillows in the rooms as well. Aside from that, it was great!

It's very close to the airport but due to road construction, we had to take a different route which is still within 15 mins. The staff from driver, receptionist to security guard were all friendly and helpful. The room was okay for a night's stay, it had a shower, bidet and complete toiletries. I also like that they have a designated smoking area.

The room floor and furniture are all old wood which had a smell. There were small bugs. The wood smell was strong.

Love the room! Didn't expect it to be so spacious and luxurious-looking with its affordable price. It was really clean and all basic necessities were provided. We couldn't avail our free breakfast because our flight was early, but the staff packed us some sandwiches to bring to the airport. The shuttle to the airport was also free which made it really convenient for us since we brought a lot of bags. Close to different banks, supermarkets, fast food, and outlet stores.

staff are accommodating and friendly. They also offer free service going to airport. Location is very accessible to everything.

the price i bookd in the website is different frm what i paid in the hotel and im wondering why. I would appreciate if it was explained to me what was the additional charge. Cause what if i only have exact amt for the room those little info that customers should be informed.
