Roland is excellent!! Introducing all the restaurants, shops and supermarkets, spectacles and views all the way during free pickup, Not to mention all the facilities and amenities, Along with all the choices of trips we can have, we actually went island hopping for a day and a whale shark snorkeling for another, Really amazing and remarkable! Most of all, Roland helped almost everything ,I mean everything as much as possible, during your stay in Cebu.That's not what you can have as even you stay in a 5 star hotel.So It's like making a new friend in Cebu not just a trip only!

The place is just fantastic! The rooms are extremely well equipped, very clean, nice secure area. Rooms were up to a western standard with quality kitchen items, towels, quality bed sheets and so on. Location is near to airport, beaches and ports to visit other islands. Still the best value here are the hosts - Roland and Thomas. DO NOT MISS the opportunity to discuss with them Your travel plans - their advice will be priceless! They helped us so much to have a good plan to visit other islands hassle-free! Actually the place was so fantastic, that there is nothing to add

The view and the pools. I woke up to the amazing sunrise over the sea in my bedroom windows. Most of the time I have most of the pool to myself. It's quiet but it is very near the Newtown area where the restaurants and shops are. Anyway you can take Grab or any other services you want to get anywhere and the prices are reasonable. Thomas, the part owner, lives in the condo and he is very willing to help you with anything, anytime. The apartments are clean and spacious with more amenities than you will ever need.

It is kinda warm in the lobby. They do not turn on the AC there so if you have to wait for something, like delivery or Grab, stay in your apartment until the last minute. When you order food delivery, they will bring it up to your room.

Roland was very accommodating and the unit was very beautiful and homey. I loved that we could cook our own meals, watch through the unit's own premium subscriptions in streaming platforms, and access the internet through their highspeed wifi. The view from the unit balcony and room windows were also exceptionally beautiful!

It would've been great if the bathroom had a bidet, but it wasn't much of a game changer for us. The location was good too, except we got lost a few times trying to locate it since some of the roads that Waze or Google maps would lead us to were closed.

We enjoyed the multi-views of the ocean and pool area.Place was very clean.Host was nice and showed us the pool area,Exercise facility,and gave us information about beaches and best restaurant's to dine at.Host catered to our needs when requested.Driver was courteous and gave is a tour of historical places to visit,Picked us up at the Airport(Was there waiting for us curbside when exiting the Airport)And also was courteous enough to drop us off back at the Airport after our stay.Had a wonderful time there.I will definitely be rebooking this next year vacation in Cebu🏝I highly recommend this condo👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻....

Close to the airport(30mins drive) good for short trip, no need to travel another day to reach other locations. Extremely helpful hosts. Roland knows everything and can arrange plenty of islands hopping and other activities. Easy to reach beach area, plenty of supermarkets. Nice pool and bbq area, the stuff helps with it. Beautiful view from the apartment. Secured territory of residence. Cheap grab to deliver food and taxi. 2 bedrooms, nice to stay with family. And in general very polite and welcoming ppl everywhere.

Shower: either boiling hot or cold, don’t know if it can be fixed. Noise from neighbors and corridors. Walls are not soundproof.

We had an great time at La Mirada Residences. The Residence Manager Roland was very courteous and gave us a lot of important information about the appartment, how to get around, order food etc. We also did two tours that are offered by them and we had an awesome time at both of them. We felt really safe the entire time and well taken care of. Both our "Tour guide" for the Island Hopping Trip as well as our driver for our Waterfall Trip were super nice and helpful 😊 I would definitely recommend this place to other friends and would come back if I were to take another trip to Cebu.

The pool and the view were very nice. The host, Roland was very helpful and attended to all our needs. The recently opened café in the lobby was a nice surprise.

There were small cockroaches in the bathroom from time to time. Also, the curtains in the master bedroom didn’t cover the windows completely, which made it hard to sleep in in the morning.

I like how Roland gave time to picked us up and dropped at the airport.He really gave time to explain everything about the room,where you can order food or where you can eat,how you can get a cab ,where are the shops and etc.He is one of the best host, very friendly and responsive when you have questions. We had the best huge room,nice and clean.Nice seaview aswel.We came here to relax and this place is really good.My children enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. Staff we're friendly and helpful aswel.

There are no bars and restaurants at walking distance. You have to get a taxi to go to where the restaurants are like in Mactan new town.taxi is easier to get though with the grab app and it's not far.

The room was very well kept, the host was extra welcoming and helpful, the view was spectacular!

The pool was in poor condition. Absence of cafeteria/restaurant was not ideal. The route to the city or any beach was around half hour - more than I’d expect judging from booking.com guidance.
