All the staff are friendly, warm & courteous. We mistakenly booked on the wrong date but they assisted us in editing our booking date and still allowed us to check-in and upgrade our room. The breakfast buffet is worth every penny.

The food & drinks are a little too expensive but perhaps that includes your tip for their good service so it’s not really a big deal, unlike other hotels who have expensive food and a bad service. Also the daytime events (company summer outing etc) is too noisy & making the place too small & crowded, probably need to set expectations to guest before they book to avoid surprises.

very very nice facilities. beautiful hotel. food is AMAZING!!!!! just a bit expensive. gym was a bit small, which is fine. nobody used it at the same time I did. the whole place felt like I was in Mexico.

KIDS and the location of the place!!!! this is a kid friendly place so don’t book here if you don’t want screaming kids at your hotel. when we stayed, it was probably a long weekend for Korea and the Philippines so there were MANY KIDS YELLING. as for the location, since food was expensive and we wanted McDonald’s, you’d have to take a tricycle which was 150 pesos for the whole ride (to and back to hotel, the tricycle driver will wait for you, but if it’s over 2-3 hours I wouldn’t do it, I would just order Grab).

Although you can see some minor wear and tear on the facilities the setting and all natural materieals provide for a very nice feeling and connection with nature and the outdoors. Relatively shallow sea is ideal for families with small kids. Definitely recommend sea view rooms with great views. You won't get the same experience from the slightly cheaper North Wing building.

When you book inclusive of breakfast the pre-paid breakfast applies to adults only and not to the kids. This should be revised as it feels very odd especially consideingr how much will small children eat. And even more so when you see some guests behaving like in an all-you-can-eat restaurant.

Comfortable, clean hotel which is very close to the airport.

The sea is very polluted it is greenish and always blurry. It is not possible to swim as it is very shallow both in low and high tides. The deep parts are sealed off and the staff does not let you go far. Jet skis keep entering the shallow swimming area at high speed, the hotel management needs to warn the diving centre staff. The beach is not managed/designed for people who are there to swim but rather for people who cannot swim and but rather take photos for social media.

We loved it!!! 🇵🇭🇮🇹 Beautiful and relaxing! Location and view were the main reason i chose this beach hotel for 4 days relaxation for my Parents. I would definitely recommend the place to my friends and family relatives. Super nice & friendly staffs and they were very accomodating and helpful! Had everything you needed, loved it. Just a little one: The bathroom lock in the room was not very secure and hard to open and close. Not a big deal tho.

The staff was unbelievable.Everybody was so nice and the breakfast.It was so good that I didn't have to worry about lunch.

three years ago the boardwalk got taken out by the hurricane.They need to step up and rebuilded.

The staff was so helpful, nice and welcoming! The service was really good. They have a big restaurant and room service as well so no need to go from the area if you don't want to as long as you are willing to pay for it. It was nice to have both swimming pools and the beach in the resort.

It is a family friendly hotel so be prepared for lots of children. If you want a balcony to the room, make sure you book the room with "private balcony", otherwise you get an attic where everyone pass through.

The room had an amazing view over the Property, Pools etc and Sea. Breakfast was extensive, with good choices The private beach, though limited size, was white sand. Great, chilled, indoor bar area. It didn't feel crowded and provided an intimate, relaxing resort experience for a few days...

The veg tempura at beach restaurant, and in particular, the sauce, it tasted of nothing!!!! (I was on veg diet, temporarily) I take coffee black, this one reminded me of the type I had at a Hotel in Vietnam - awful aromatic flavour - not arabica! Please change it - the only reason I wouldn't return. (mentioned at to hotel) Sad the boardwalk is still wrecked! Since 2021?? typhoon apparently.

The whole experience at Costabella was wonderful. After spending the first half of our trip doing activities this was the perfect retreat to wind down and relax. The options for activities were there (bikes, kayaks, etc), but it was more than enough to simply lay by the pool and the beach and enjoy the sun and the water. Staff were attentive and lovely, wifi was available throughout the whole resort, and indulging in the spa was definitely worth it.

It's a bit hidden away, which, while I didn't mind this time, would normally frustrate me for lack of access. Also, grab (and other such orders) can not be placed to the resort - food is limited to the restaurants within the resort.

The Service: was fantastic. Very courteous and friendly. Anything you need just need to ask. The Staff: extremely willing to serve you and bend over backward for you while never expecting anything in return. I'm not usually a big tipper, but these people were so humble and appreciative that I actually enjoyed it. Their restaurant food: was fantastic. Very innovative. Although small portions, it's my fault, I'm American, and we are used to large portions (even if it costs more). The pools: were a bit shallow but great for kids.

The resort overall was beautiful. I only had an issue with the elevators. They are a customers first impression of the cleanliness of a place. Rooms were very clean, but elevators showed much aging scratched, metal corrosion, and need for upfating. I mentioned it to the staff, and it may have been in the works already coz the day after they improved the elevator floors. But they need some serious painting. It's the small details like this that can destroy business from lucky Americans like us.
