The location was very convenient, but a little difficult to find. Google Maps certainly didn't help when they pinned the location inaccurately. The courtyard exudes a lovely ambience. We can see why many guests choose to hold their wedding receptions here. The staff members are, without exception, friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their faces.

The bathroom configuration is a little awkward. Guests have to realize that oftentimes showers in Filipino hotels are not separated by a curtain or separator from the rest of the bathroom. The sink needed to be located nearer the door so you don't have to walk across a wet floor to get to it. But this isn't a big deal.

Of the three places I stayed in talisay this was my favourite I think. Everything was as expected and worked .... Hot shower ok WiFi etc Room is a decent size and had a balcony.

Having to leave a cash security deposit of 1000php is a bit retro in 2024 but no big deal.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, good location, friendly staff.

Appliances are a little old but working. have been here for four days and unable to get clean towels or trash emptied.

Comfortable apartment with multiple rooms and beds, a bit far from Cebu city but we preferred that as we were travelling south. Staff were nice and easy to deal with

The Location was very exciting and safe. The staff was kind and helpful. We didn't even had a problem to put a third member to our apartment.

It dripped through the ceiling when it rained heavily. One of the air con dripped liquide when it was active for a couple of hours. And we had some bugs and ants inside of the apartment.
