This is just an amazing resort with super-clean and comfy rooms and perfect service feauturing really nice pools and a roof-top bar with an impressive view. I would really love to return here once they fix their main issue.

And their main issue for me is their beach. Or more like an absence of such, if you wouldn't call a beach one seaweed-infested peace of coast with dirty water and boats all around. It's so ridiculous, even men on boats suggest to bring you to a better beach for just $10 per pax. That said, tiny room improvements may include: a mini-bar and a liquid hand soap.

The breakfast buffet offered a lot of options (filipino and continental style). The pool is big and well kept. Rooms offer enough space. Nice balcony. Nice staff. Close proximity to the surrounding Mactan area (e.g. good places for massages, if you want to pay a better price than at the hote itself).

Private beach is small and not so nice. They have birds in cages on the grounds, but the cages are far too small for those birds. Our shower fixture was broken and couldn't stand upright. Wifi was weak (even though that is pretty normal in the Philippines). The second pool wasn't open. A little bit too pricey for the off-season and what is offered.

Big space for each room. The family room is very cool! We had a couch and a massive toilet. My son could scooter inside the room. The staff are sooooo friendly and warm! The breakfast food has so much variety. 😋

The beach isn't good. It's only a patch of sand and a beach where boats park. The rooms are a bit dated. They have small cages for their animals. I hope they make it bigger for the animals' sake. The sugba sugba night is not a good value for money. It's worth a try for the view.

Lovely spot to land in when first arriving in Cebu. Quiet retreat from the busy streets. Very welcoming.

Caged birds. They do not add to the enjoyment of the stay. Quite the opposite. The cages are too small. The eagle and othe birds of pray barely have space to spread their wings. Recommend expanding the size of their cages or handing them over to a well managed and spacious bird sanctuary.

When you took a shower water would run out on the floor so it was wet around the stool

The hotel made our shuttle arrangement to the airport at 3:40 AM and even prepared yummy sandwiches upon check out since we will miss the breakfast that was included in our room. They also provided cold and fresh cucumber juice when we checked in!

Everything was great from front desk to security. The service was super. Food was excellent in the open covered dining area near the pool and ocean view, but there were a couple of flies that were going around our table.

Clean, beautiful, calm and secure campus. Dive shop on campus. Large, clean pool. Plenty of friendly staff always around ready to assist.

Could have had more menu choices. Low tide requires divers to walk quite far to boat, sometimes carrying heavy equipment. Sometimes the staff was a little too attentive. I notice this is common in other Philippines hotels. Just unusual for a Westener.

Staff was very accommodating, very nice, very sweet people. Swimming pool was very nice. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner meals were excellent. 8th floor sky deck restaurant had very good ambience. Due to late check in, staff extended check out time.

Beachfront was poor, kinda swampy, needs more sand and umbrellas recliners.

Breakfast was so good. Every food we had on the rooftop bar was great. The price of food was kind of high but still worth paying and reasonable. The rooms and facilities were pretty clean even though they looked old. The staff I met were also very friendly and helpful.

The water pressure in the bathroom was too weak. It got me hard to take a shower.

Clean and people are friendly

Make sure you go at the right time because in October there was no white sand beach. There beach is located in a bad place to where the water look very dirty. Not able to get in for sure.
