Although the accommodation was superb, it's not the biggest reason why we would come back to Caminguin Lanzones Resort. Don't get me wrong, the place deserves the label "Resort" with full colors. It's the personnel, however, that was above and beyond. They were always trying to make your stay more comfortable than it already was. We got a stomach bug with us from our previous stay, we did not even finish our sentence, and the ginger tea was already boiling. They were amazingly hospital. The breakfast was super complete: eggs, bread, vegetables, fruit, coffee, tea, fresh water with flavors, and every day different than the day before. A huge booster to start your island exploring day on one of their brand-new motorbikes, which you can cheaply rent (400P a day). And if you decide to stay in, amazing swimming pool, a basketball court, plenty shade spots or just a nice specious aircon room to chill in (a bonus for us, since we were sick). We ended up extending our stay multiple times. In short, we loved our stay and would recommend this to everyone who wants a super affordable luxurious stay. At last, a special shout out to Pacito, who became a remote friend in the 8 nights we stayed there.

A friendly reminder: don't bring or leave open food (as everywhere in the Philippines) in your room, or Ant-man will organise a feast with it.

Everything about the property was perfect - the setting was beautiful and peaceful, the room amenities were very nice with great AC, shower and bed and the property’s amenities were also great - a beautiful pool, tranquil gardens and a basketball/badminton/pickle ball court. The location was also perfect - just outside of town and close to several activities. Finally, the staff (and especially Pacito) were a highlight. They made breakfast special each morning and offered wonderful suggestions each day for activities to do with the family. Overall this was the perfect place to stay in Camiguin and we wouldn’t change a thing!

I am glad I chose this resort for my family! They loved it! It’s a hidden gem so close to nature! They offer free pick-up and drop-off at the airport. Our room was nice and clean. They prepared traditional Filipino breakfast which was different everyday with additional fresh fruits, fruit juice, and hot drinks like tea, coffee and chocolate. The staffs were so friendly and accommodating that they even packed our breakfast when we went for a tour. They also arranged for the van that took us around the island. Our driver was so nice. The resort has beautiful garden and swimming pool.

Clean, huge , quiet resort. Nice living room and kitchen ( we never use). If you looking for quiet place it’s best to stay here . U can alway relax at the pool after your day activity . They offered a breakfast which was very generous portions and diffrent meal everyday . We met Pacito on our second day which was energetic and friendly that adds the value of our stay. Very few restaurant around but just walking distance to Tamabayn sa Kanto which I also recommend for food - with reasonable price and friendly staff. Return airport pick up is a bonus

Room prices changed and we can’t book the same rate .. We could have stayed longer . But it is what it is .

We felt home directly, everyone was so lovely with us!! We stayed in one of the little houses, the AC works well so as the shower and the WiFi. The breakfast is changing every day with some local specialities to try, and taken in the beautiful garden close to the mansion. They packed some breakfast for us when we started a visit at 5am. We received the best advice on how to visit the island, including what to do to climb the volcano Hibok Hibok (you need a guide and a permit). Everything felt like a little tropical paradise, and really authentic compared to other places we have been in the Philippines. We also found an amazing and affordable restaurant 2 minutes away, we went back 3 times (Tambayan Sa Kanto Tuna Restaurant) Thank you for having us, we will come back for sure!

Don’t forget to bring cash, few restaurants accept the card, and some insect repellent.

We (a couple) had a very pleasant time in Camiguin Lanzones Resort. The room is very comfortable. It is quiet, bed and shower are very nice. And we used the big swimming pool several times – great. The common rooms in the ground floor are big and pleasant. We enjoyed the great breakfast (every day the offered something different) in the garden of the resort (next to a forrest). But wat we want to point out most is the perfect service of the hotel. Pacito and Cora made us feel at home right from the moment we entered the resort. Highly recommended.

The resort, the garden and the rooms are amazing. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. We had a decent bed and the shower was good as well.

The staff was a bit clueless when we arrived. We got the wrong room and after we put all our luggage out of our bags, we were told to move to a different room with zero apologies. Staff was really friendly during the rest of our stay, so I don't want to be the Karen here, but after a long travel, we didn't expect this and were a bit annoyed.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, The caretaker, he was extremely friendly. They have motor bikes to rent so you can get around the island. The pool and garden/lounging area is so inviting. The room we stayed in was like a mini cottage, so cute with its own covered front porch. They offer breakfast in the AM and of all the places in my travels, I have never had such an assortment to choose from. And the dining area, the best way to describe it... a southern plantation house that is on the property. I don't believe it's possible to be disappointed with your stay at the Lanzones Resort. There was nothing to dislike.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast they provided was great. The location, close enough to town but not right in the centre. It was me, my husband and our 2 year old son. We didn't rent a scooter and I was worried about getting around the island, they arranged for a driver to take us around who was fab ! And extremely cheap. It was actually our favourite place we stayed on our 2 week trip around the Philippines. Definitely recommend

Nothing it was all great.

Everything was great. They picked us from the pier which was super nice after long time on the way. It's all In a beautiful garden, with amazing pool and multiple sports playground in the back. We enjoyed breakfasts (our kids don't like eggs, so next day they would have a fresh package of their favourite chocolate cornflakes), the staff were friendly and helpful. Just 3 minutes walk to two restaurants for dinner. We hired motorbikes and explored the island. So far definitely the best accommodation In Philippines.
