From a beautiful view to the on hand room service, this was a trip worth doing. The rooms are smaller than I expected, but very comfortable and homely. Bed was fantastic and soft. Meals are at an extra cost (expect breakfast unless you upgraded) but it did not come out to as much as I expected. We did an island tour for 8 hours with the hotel, again worth doing (bring a change of clothes to go into some of the hot springs you'll visit). This was totally worth the price and to then have a romantic meal setup when we came back was an amazing way to end the day. Staff were always helpful and willing to do the most to make your stay exceptional. If I could, I would stay for longer, truly a beautiful view and an amazing team!

Breakfast and food was amazing, the staff were super attentive and nice, i just find it weird to always ring the bell every time we need assistance, I guess a landline to call reception/ the staff would be nice, the place is quite, and the view is amaaazing! we are able to witness the sunset and sunrise at the same time. It feels like home away from home with a killer view.

We did not anticipate or expected for the road to be too steep and hilly going there and getting out at the same time is a challenge for 2 ladies, not too friendly road. but overall, our stay was amazing.

Beautiful property with great sunset views, lovely private plunge pool. The owners/staff couldn’t do enough for you. We wanted to hike HIBOK-HIBOK where you need a licence and guide, the hotel sorted all this for us as soon as we arrived and provided a packed lunch for our long hike! The bed was super soft and comfy, and air con was good! Really comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was flexible with times and pretty good choice (banana pancakes awesome!) Restaurant for evening was also really delicious (quesadilla especially and loved the spring rolls!) Shower had a decent power and it was a nice quiet area to stay.

Electricity was a little weak at times (could just tell when lots was being used in the evening as lights flickered).

Our stay at Bintana Oceanside was memorable. The facilities was what we expected. Bed was comfy, room was spacious and clean. They also provided an extra bed for my daughter. The food selections were large for a boutique hotel, plus it was delicious. Our view from the room was gorgeous and we had a nice breeze the entire time we were there. They also provided laundry service for a small fee and they were gentle with our clothing. We will definitely come back again.

It was so kind of them to provide an extra twin bed for my daughter. I kindly recommend investing in a portable mattress base so the mattress is not directly on the floor. Although my daughter did not mind having the mattress on the floor. She actually found it very comfortable. Maraming Salamat, Po.

First off, the place looked exactly like the photos so that was great especially since often times the photos are nicer than what you actually get. But what made our stay special was the staff and the service. They were the kindest people, and I'm not talking kind just because they're in the service industry but you can really feel they genuinely were kind people and very willing to help and genuinely cared about how your stay was going. In our case, we got stranded in Jagna because the boat trip was cancelled and we lost some days due to this. We had also reserved at the other location but we didn't have as much time anymore so we asked the resort if we could just check in later than the date, which they accommodated but they went above and beyond and offered us the option to extend our stay (free of charge) to make up for the days we lost due to the tropical cyclone. In the end we didn't extend our stay (because we had a return flight already booked), but we didn't go to the other location (mountain) in our last day and they let us stay one day longer here. The staff also communicates really well and is very responsive. They also helped us rent a scooter and of course offered suggestions on what we can visit on the island. The food at the resort was also really good and had decent portions. Honestly I have no complaints. The only thing I wish was different was more time here. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again. To the staff, thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience. You were all so thoughtful and kind.

It would be great to have more ventilation in the bathroom as it traps humidity but we just left the door open and also the door to the room itself and it wasn't that bad.

This property is realy nice and "instagramable", each unit having its own private little pool. It's a family run business that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It was clean and decent and also the meals they serve are delicious. In the close vicinity of the accommodation (few tens of meters), between the rocks on the shore of the sea, there is even a hidden hot spring that we really enjoyed having it just for ourselves ;)

It is a bit isolated, renting a scooter is an absolute must.

If you want to relax and have a stunning view, choose the one Bintana Resort with the private pools. The people working at Bintana went above and beyond, especially Brian who showed us the island. We were lucky to have him as a tour guide, he told us a lot about Camiguin and we had some great local experience, trying the delicious Halo Halo, the tour was excellent guided by Brian, we enjoyed every minute spending on Camiguin.

Great, secluded location with beautiful views of the sunset and the sea. Also loved the private swimming pool (which was cleaned daily and maintained well) and the friendly, helpful staff and tour guide. The food was good, too!

No cellular service for local PH networks although the wi-fi connection was all right, blackouts/brownouts now and then, there were some issues with the toilet in the Lava Room not flushing properly, the drain for the shower was somewhat clogged, there were lots of insects even in the bed although aerosol insecticide was provided, there were lots of insects even in the pool area so it would have been helpful if there was some form of insect repellent there, and there were menu items not available like fresh vegetables for salads and mangoes for mango shakes, etc.

The location is just great with a beautiful view of the ocean and where you can watch the sunrise and sunset in awe! Plus the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Many items on the menu are not available, so it might be better to find out what's available before you order. Also, if you're bringing a car, although there is a parking lot, the road is very narrow and steep with many curves.

Great and hospitable staff, great service, and breakfast is absolutely superb! The room was cleaned every day in the span of our six days of stay. Would definitely come back!

Perhaps a minor thing would be its distance to town but it doesn’t matter that much anyway!
