Staffs are young at polite. Hospitable as well, Pagpasok palang ang clean na, very affordable for its price. Non smoking type of hotel, malinis. Aircon ay tamang lamig for me. May bidet, shower, 2 trash baskets, cabinets for our things, comfy clean bed. Napaka convenient malapit sa palengke, pharmacy, grocery, coffee store etc. All in all its a very good place for a nice sleep, at kung gsto mo ng katahimikan sa magulo na manila.

There is an old lady sa parking area I think she's the guard by day. I didn't like it, but I think she needs it. Theres nothing to watch sa tv, no movies, at wala sguro antenna kasi super blurry ang channels & the wifi is slow so does the signal, maybe soundproof ang walls? Idk pero hina ng signal, we went here for work pero di nangyari dhil slow & out of reach ang wifi at signal sa 2nd floor. Not good kung work ang pakay.

neighboring houses and yes it is out of control when the neighbor houses of the hotel is loud at night and if the rain didnt come they will just gonna keep shouting or making some random noise

Blanket doesn't smell fresh. Traffic near the area maybe because of the market, but it's ok though

The room iwas clean and it is affordable. The staff were approachable and easy to make changes with them.

The wifi is not working during our stay. The water is not functioning from 2a.m - 4:00 a.m ( need to asks the guard)

The size of the room. Cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom.

Wifi is poor. No spoon. Foods are just snacks. Telephone was just a display.

the toilet flush doesnt work. i couldnt watch cable tv because there is only one outlet available. i have to choose between plugging the tv or the cable box in the outlet.

Initially, I was in Room 302 which the furnitures are full of dust, some cabinets are broken, no slippers and the bath towels are torn. They transferred me to Room 202 which only the furnitures are having dusts so I just cleaned it myself 🤦‍♀️ There is no elevator so I was expecting a help from a room boy but I still have to call him out to help me with my luggage. The location is not comfortable at all coz its near the wet market.

The first room was not pleasant. The bed is not that clean and the TV was broken. There are so many mosquitoes. However the next room they gave me is quite okay.. staff are awesome.

Nothing at all. Didn't expect much given the price. I just wanted a bed for the nights and an ensuite bathroom to get clean. No hot water, toilet blocked with no water pressure and a cold water shower with almost no water pressure.

All of the above plus worst of all; having to leave it and get a hotel in Manila for us and my wife's family, who we were visiting nearby after a gun fight outside our room in the evening/night. It, despite the lovely description, is in a slum area and clearly doubles as a brothel. Beware!

the first impression is very positive the view is good toilet paper is available on request cleaning staff is diligent (since the rooms are mostly only used for a short time) and doesn't just work superficially

no hot water in the bathroom (no boiler). no toilet seat toilet flushing doesn't work (but was allowed to change rooms). No internet in the room air conditioner noisy. The drain from the shower and sink was clogged, after 3 minutes the water ran into the room. from early in the morning and until early in the morning people making noise across the street.
