In my opinion, this is the best 5 star hotel in BGC/Makati area. Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly by the entire concierge team and check-in was seamless and personalized. Our king suite room was fancy, elegant modern with traditional theme. The bed was firm and comfortable, luxurious beddings and toiletries walked-in closet with double sink and free standing bathtub with city view. The free breakfast at Mireio exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable and the food from the menu was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located to Glorietta malls and restaurants. The hotel staff are all amazing provided world class service and top notch hospitality. We literally could not find anything wrong! If you want to experience luxury stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Great facilities.

Everything was up to the standard except the food quality. Some fruits at the breakfast bar were clearly reused from the previous day and not fresh. I had mild food poisoning from it on the last day of my stay. Food at the macaron bar was not up to standard too. Ordered chicken Cesar salad but chicken breast had weird aftertaste (metallic). I reported the issue to the stuff so I hope they will address it with the chef.

Our family's New Year stay at Raffles Makati Residences was exceptional. The spacious, immaculately clean accommodations proved perfect for our family, including our toddler. What truly set the experience apart was the staff's impeccable service - their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay memorable. The residences are particularly well-suited for larger families, offering both comfort and convenience. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for an outstanding experience. ​​​​​​​​​​

It was near to malls and restaurants.

I booked for an artist’s suite with one king bed but what was given was an artist’s suite with 2 queen size beds which made the room appear small. The property offers for us to wait for a couple of hours or longer to be able to get the room/ bed I wanted or transfer to another room after a day. Which we did not take because we wanted a hassle free stay. We checked in way past check in time as I requested for it so technically, no reason why the booking cannot be given as it is.

We got a room in the Raffles Residences, which is absolutely stunning! The room was spacious and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept on while travelling in the Philippines! They have a lot to offer at this hotel, I managed to do their signature spa experience which I highly recommend! All the facilities were amazing but the absolute highlight is how friendly the staff are. We will be back next time we are in Manila

Got upgraded to an amazing suite (1001), staff was super friendly & helpful, food was top notch! Had afternoon tea in the Writers Lounge and it was excellent too. The Mistral bar on the 10th floor is very breezy and a col place to watch the sunset. Wish we could have stayed longer, unfortunately the spa was fully booked but would have loved to try it! Definitely the best place we stayed at during our 10 day trip!

This hotel is outstanding!!! The incredible staff made my stay there and absolute delight. The waitresses in the Writers Bar were exceptional, I would like to give a sincere thanks to Sherlyn and Jhezzsica for their super friendly service, you made my evenings a pleasure. I would also like to say a massive thanks to my butlers, Dennis and Ron, who made everything so much easier for me, nothing was too much trouble for them.

A very good equipped Hotel. Excellent Breakfast and… for us important…a very good gym. The concierge, Mr. Gilbert was very kind and helped us perfectly to enjoy and organize everything in Manila. A special thank you to the very nice ladies at the reception (Abby and Dianne). They made us every time feel coming home.

Very friendly and service-oriented staff. Good service. Excellent food and breakfast and very comfortable bed. Well-working WiFi. Complimentary water on the room and lovely furnitured rooms. Raffles is an statement that I like and I will come back.
