hotel staff very respectful, friendly, and helpful. hotel's location is great, very close to restaurants, mall, and the supermarket.

The breakfast was disappointing and fell short of expectations I only had breakfast twice during in 10 days of my stay. There was only one type of cereal available, and the scrambled eggs were served cold. The selection of baked goods was poor in both variety and quality. Food options overall were quite limited and did not reflect an intercontinental breakfast standard. Moreover, the juices provided were canned rather than fresh. I hope the hotel management takes these points into consideration and works on improving the quality and variety of the breakfast offerings.

My recent stay at Oakwood Makati Avenue was truly memorable. The spacious and modern suites, equipped with smart TVs and well-appointed kitchenettes, provided a comfortable home-away-from-home experience. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning city views, and the rooftop pool with its glass floor was a highlight. The onsen spa, gym, and digital photo booths added unique touches to the stay. Located near Poblacion's vibrant nightlife and dining options, it was the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. The friendly staff and thoughtful amenities made this stay exceptional.

Overall the Best. My 1st time and seen good reviews so I tried and never failed .Attentive staff , helpful and accommodating. Cha and Leigh in the reception is open for suggestion and happy smile to served always .The Guard and the assist person is well mannered and helpful,refusing tip and just saying happy to served , I missed to take his name . Even it's one day stayed but definitely will come back for more .Good experience and exceeds expectations .Keep it up.

Because its my 1st time in the place , despite of living in Makati for many years , Poblacion makati avenue been a busy street thats why I don't want much to book in such area , but still Despite of that still accessible, but just the road going to hotel is little crowded . One comment also is the Height of the bathtub 😁, but still ok but maybe not ok for seniors.but still overall.good sevice and place to stay in too.

The staff at Oakwood was amazing, everyone was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet selection was good, but not ideal if you were a vegetarian or vegan. The gym was equipped with decent machines and the pool was good. The onsen and sauna was amazing and a definite bonus for the hotel guests!

We went during Holy Week, so around 8pm, it got very loud outside. Our room was right across a hotel pool, so we didn't get to keep our blinds open due to privacy. The bathtub was enclosed in glass with a VERY high side, which would be very inconvenient for elderly or people with mobility issues. The hot water was not hot enough to run a bath, making the experience not enjoyable. The parking process was very tedious, as you need to go to reception everytime you wanted to leave the carpark to get a receipt. The streets outside the hotel had many beggers, making it less than ideal to walk anywhere.

I would rate my stay 5 stars because I found exactly what I was looking for. It was a new experience to try their onsen spa and book a spacious room at an affordable rate.

Centrally located for the tours I had planned. Very walkable area with lots of restaurant options close by.

When checking in I was told I had to leave a security deposit. If the $100 deposit was in cash it would be returned when I checked out but leaving the deposit on my credit card could take one to two months to be credited back to my account. Not sure why it would take so long to credit the deposit back. This was something I didn't want to have to keep an eye on for a couple of months. It was near the end of my vacation so luckily I did have cash for the deposit.

The facilities like swimming pool, onsen spa and fitness were great! People were very friendly and breakfast was included! Our studio was amazing, very impressed how big it was. And we were able to do a late check out till 6pm, so we could catch a flight in the evening.

They didn’t answer when I messaged them about using an airport shuttle service. It wasn’t a big trouble, but sad that nobody wrote back. Also when we used the late check out they said it would be the half of the room price, but we were kinda surprised that it was more than our actual night stay, because for the actual I got the booking discount, so the surcharges was more expensive than our actual night😂. That’s why I give it an 8 instead of 9/10

Beautiful property, even better than the photos. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Stunning rooms. They offered me a complimentary last checkout at 2pm because my flight was not until 10:30pm. Overall great stay.. beautiful hotel.

There was nothing for me to eat at the restaurants or for in room dining because I am vegetation gluten free. They also did not offer plant milk options for coffee. But that’s not really a bother for many people. To be honest, I feel like the staff could have been a little bit more hospitable and smile more. I was not informed that the spa and gym was included which I was excited to use because I received a whats app message from their concierge with the spa menu which made it sound like I needed to pay to use the pool etc .. when I responded to the concierge about this they did not reply for 24hrs. So a little bit of room to improve in customer service and restaurant offerings can be updated.

I had an amazing stay at Oakwood Makati Avenue! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Makati, making it easy to explore the area. My one-bedroom suite was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a stunning city view. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. I loved the amenities, especially the pool and gym. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the food was delicious.
