1. Check in and check out were both fast and easy. It took no more than 5 minutes. 2. Our room included free use of facilities during stay: pool (max of 2 adults and all kids aged 12 and below) at the 6th Floor, and gym at the 7th Floor. I don't know how much they charge per additional person to use the pool. They provide towels by the way, so that's a plus since you don't have to carry the ones from the room. 3. Location is accessible by foot. It's a 15 to 20-min walk, as reference, from Buendia MRT station should you ever decided to give it a try. 4. Area is near several must-try restaurants in Poblacion; inclusive of their sister-company Filling Station. 5. Room appeared exactly how it is in pictures. The bed is comfortable. Sheets, towels, pillow cases and bathrobes all smelled clean.

I requested for a non-smoking room beforehand but it seems there was none available at the time of check in. They apologized and assured me that the room will be sprayed before use. While the room itself didn't smell of smoke, the hallways sure did. I find this a minor inconvenience since we won't spend much time in the hallways anyway.

Exceptional ! Is one word I would use to describe my stay. Extremely clean premises kudos to the amazing house keeping staff who have practically kept the reception , hallways , lifts and rooms amazingly clean. Comfy beds & pillows and plenty of towels. Hotel Staff I would say is one the best I have seen in a very long time. Extremely professional, attention to details & quick responses or action for any queries. Bell boys at the door were spot on especially we went during the rainy days and they would be quick to bring out the umbrellas when we cam out of the car. Absolutely nothing.

Lovely hotel with beautiful interior that narrates loval history and friendly staff, always on top of everything and super proactive. The room facilities are quite basic but there really isn't anything more thats needed in any way! The location is great - easy to get to the airport (considering Metro Manila traffic), close to bars and restaurants, as well as many malls and offices. Safe area. Amazing value for money.

Sometimes it's hard to get the AC right, rooms are not fully soundproof so if neighbours are noisy, that might cause some trouble sleeping.

Just one instance during checkout, when i asked hk staff for a laundry bag and he told me that there is an extra charge for it...i worked in the hotel industry for almost 16 years and never did i asked my guest for any extra cost of items they need specifically if its just a piece or an extra items inside the room...i don't know about the hotels sop but i think sometimes these little things leave an impression on the hotels overall experience...we stayed for 3 days never requested anything significant during the stay...

The room was very good, a bit small, but fine.

There is a massive choice for breakfast unless you are European, then not a lot. As a friend said to me, great selection, but nothing suitable. Is quality cereal not possible to get anymore. Good luck finding the bread! For dinner, I went to the restaurant and ordered a starter and a steak as the main. They both came together, they took away the steak again while I was eating the starter and then brought back the same steak. It was like a microwave steak afterwards.

The hotel is pretty awesome. Friendly staff at all levels. A clean, comfortable and spacious room. The bathroom is also bigger than most I've encountered in South East Asia to date. An easy to use spacious security box. I was able to put all my valuable in it, including my laptop (13"). A small but perfectly good swimming pool. The spa was relaxing. The elevators are pretty quick and very quiet. A good range of food for the breakfast, don't expect a traditional full English, be adventurous. Brewed coffee, always brewed coffee. The WiFi connection was always excellent.

I didn't know what to expect. I was led to believe Makati is the restaurant centre for Manila, it's not. It's more like a red light district.

Well laid out hotel, with a good entrance lobbby with a street view. The reception staff were very helpful for the various questions I asked, (and also explaining the confusing Manila/Philippine telephone number system). Breakfast buffet was OK. Good view withe the big windows. Nice to have the Philippine breakfast items. good to have a safe with an eight or nine digit password, and was bolted down. Security looked good. Reception and door staff good in getting cabs when requested.

Omelette options limited. Crispy bacon looked good but not muck flavour. I did not find a light that shone in (to see contents) and around the safe.

Location was decent and the decor of the hotel is cool... old Filipina. Staff was excellent for the most part.

Staff in housekeeping could use some training. They would clean the room but leave plates in the hallway from room service for days... finally had to ask them to take it... also when the toilet paper ran out they just put a roll out but didn't but in on the holder so I had to do that....

Offers exceptional service, breathtaking views, and a convenient location for exploring Manila. The staff is very attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the hotel is situated in a noisy area, and despite its height, city sounds can still be heard even on the upper floors. While the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, noise from the streets may be a downside for light sleepers. Overall, it’s a great choice for those who prioritize service and views.

Amazing Staff. Very clean rooms, and location close to everything. Grab picks up right at the front of the hotel making it super convenient to get around to places beyond those you just want to walk to. Many restaurants and malls nearby. Beautiful pool. We stayed in the Loft apartment the first time and the deluxe rooms the second time. Will stay again-for sure! In hotel coffee spot excellent, and the hotel's restaurant Tia Abuela's also served fabulous food!!! The staff also went out of their way to make my daughter's birthday extra special. Went down for our usual coffee in the morning and they all came out with a SURPRISE birthday cake and sang "HAPPY BIRTHDAY". Super Cool!

Noise outside-but that is to be expected in a big city like Manila. Everything else was fantastic.
