The hotel is in a good location, near many bars and restaurants I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful especially the security staff who on a few occasions ordered me a grab taxi Wi/fi was very good Rooms are not cleaned every day , but if you put sign on door or tell receptionist then room will be cleaned There is a very good sports bar next door to hotel

Not the hotels fault, but on a couple of nights there was loud music coming from the bars , which disturbed my sleep

The good: 🙂 location, location, location - all you need is close 🙂 no bugs 🙂 clean 🙂 many little things sum up to make a guest happy, started with an 🏧 in front of the hotel, a "Grab food locker" beside the entrance (never seen that anywhere before), a super friendly welcome at the reception (and staff and housekeeeping), free water dispenser in the lobby, curtains that darken the room (well, still some light from outside), ... and so much more

The "not so good" (not affecting the rating): 😐 OK, the room is a bit small for 2 people (even for me as s solo traveler) ... and their 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks 😐 internet speed seems to depend on the weekday and daytime: something between still acceptable ⬇️ 2,87, ⬆️ 11,6, to good ⬇️ 132, ⬆️ 142 is possible 😐 one skeeter took the opportunity to enter my room while the housekeeping made up my room ... 😐 annoying "Cialis"- and "Apple"-phone vendors in front of the hotel The ugly: 🙁 slamming emergency exit doors all day long - please check for a more sillent solution

It is a budget hotel offering just a very basic accommodation for guests have a decent shower and to have a good night sleep. Because of its location nestled away from main streets, the place is somewhat quiet

The hotel does not provide hygiene kit i.e toothbrush & toothpaste, shampoo, slippers, drinking glasses, kettle, bottled water, safe deposit box and don’t even have a small snack bar for guests to enjoy coffee, tea and sandwiches! Though there is a 7/11 store nearby

I had a really pleasant stay at Red Planet Makati Avenue Manila. Though it’s a budget hotel, it’s clean, modern, and comfortable—perfect for a short trip or layover. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the city center. What stood out the most was the staff—they were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. It was a short visit, but everything went perfectly. I have no complaints and would definitely return if I’m in Manila again.

Nice location with many different food and drink locations nearby. Staff were all amazing. Very affordable. Very good laundry service (Laundry X) a few steps away. Overall a nice place to stay, but with some minor flaws.

Room was a little on the small side, with only a drop-down desk on the wall that would block the walkway to the bed on one side if used. No storage space for clothing. Water pressure and temperature were inconsistent.

I recently stayed at Red Planet Makati Avenue with my family and booked two rooms, and it was worth every penny. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. Its location is perfect, just a few minutes' drive from Rockwell and BGC, making it convenient for our planned activities.

The only downside was that we had to bring our own toiletries, as the hotel only provides a basic all-in-one shampoo and bath wash dispenser.

The room was sufficient enough for our needs. Linen seemed clean enough. AC worked and bed was acceptable. No ref or TV, WiFi was okay. Did not see any creepy crawlies or anything during my stay. The shower had AMAZING water pressure, even better than some of the more expensive hotels I've stayed at. I completely enjoyed this part. Some housekeeping staff are accommodating when you ask for extra supplies as we tried to not have our room cleaned every day. There's water dispenser at the lobby, so that's nice.

The pillows were not comfy enough for us so we had to supplement on that part. 4pcs pf large luggage will with 2 adults is a squeeze in this room, FYI. When showering, take care to maybe put a rug under the bathroom door outside as sometimes there's splash from the shower. Depends on the housekeeping you talk to but some are nice and accommodating, some are stingy. One refused to give us an extra towel when we asked for one more. Parking is a pain in the butt since first come, first serve even if you've requested it prior to arrival.

The staff is really courteous, and the place is beautiful and clean. However, I would like to recommend that you install carpets in your bathrooms because my mother slid in there while taking a bath and struck her head on the wall. And the fact that my mother is an elderly person worries me a great deal.

Guest friendly, very simple all amenities working Internet is strong stayed for the week and the price was right friendly security guards and friendly staff very happy everything is nearby. Need to wash clothes just around the corner. Need to get a beer just around the corner need coffee and food just around the corner. Love coming here, never regret it.

Nothing to complain

Staff were honest right upon check in. Informed that slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste are not included in the room rate. They have water dispenser in the lobby. Price is really good for location. Room size is perfect if you just need a place for the night. Walking distance to bars in Poblacion.

Limited parking space. Wish they could allot more for the hotel guests. Better go early to secure a parking slot.
